Last I checked, Bush didn't vote in the Senate. I was unaware he'd become that powerful. Next thing you know he'll declare war without Congress, authorize $700 billion in spending by himself, and develop a budget with a huge deficit.
I'd be complaining about your "full spectrum" bulbs too. Nothing provides better color rendition than good ol' incandescent. I'm guessing you're just use to how "good", or blue, everything looks.
A color temp of 3500K and a CRI of 100 is a perfect light bulb for home use. Those "full spectrum" bulbs are 6200K with a CRI of maybe 60. Incandescent bulbs are usually around 3200 with a CRI VERY close to 100.
We have to raise them to be completely dependent on the government to do everything for them. Them not attending is showing independence and we can't have that when we're trying to raise Democ^h^h^h^h^h future voters.
After reading through all the posts in this thread, I would really like to agree with you 100%. Unfortunately, 90% of me is too stupid to vote correctly. 5% of me switched votes to some independent opinion. And the last 5% was too lazy to show up.
Does it really matter if it's banned? First, just because it's banned doesn't mean the "bad guys" won't get it anyways. Second, the fact it's "invisible" would make it rather hard to find and confiscate.
I think the current laws would work just fine in restricting it to legal usage only. If someone is caught using it to break a law, they get punished for whatever illegal act they committed.
You're saying if you owned a business, you would make it your goal to earn 5% more than breaking even? The average profit margin for the S&P 500 is around 8.5%. Have fun proposing a 5% profit margin to the boss!
Saying corporations don't need big profit margins, says that they don't need to hire more people, explore new technology, develop cheaper manufacturing processes, etc... That's a quick way to go out of business when every other company is making a decent profit and improving their product.
Just wait til all their votes are counted from today's Republican only voting day.
I guess this explains your extremely large coin collection too...

Global Warming is not a scientific hoax, it's a political one.

And in 40 years they'll be thinking the same thing about Zimbabwe.
Wish i had mod points for this... So many people focus on the big scary numbers without realizing what they actually mean.

I'll wait for Windows 7.11 for quickie marts.
I'm pretty sure we don't live inside Rosie O'Donnell.
I Britannica'd the info and found what you're looking for. I'll Xerox the page and UPS it to you.

It's all Greek to me...
Now that we've finally established emails as dangerous, let's get back to this horseless carriage issue...
Your right.
What about my right? Is there something there? I don't see anything. Maybe it's on your right, which is really my left? Nope, nothing there either.

Can someone please compare this to how many days it takes us to spend that much money in Iraq?
He thinks that will reduce pollution? Let's take a look at all the polluting steps he's just added to the car production process.
50+ trips to the hardware/autoparts store for the extra parts and tools you either break, lose, or just want because they're cool
30+ trips to the strip club because you're up til midnight in the garage and wife won't notice you're gone because she's asleep on the couch
You'd need to purchase a large assortment of tools
You'd need to talk to a large assortment of tools working in the hardware store.
Extra packing material used to ship this thing and the tools you'll have to buy
Karate chopping styrofoam blocks that come in the boxes thus scattering tiny pieces everywhere
Power to run the tools, A/C, lights, etc... for the countless hours you'll spend in the garage
Power to cool down the extra fridge you'll add in the garage so you won't have to walk so far to get a beer
Minimum 2 trips to the emergency room, see above point for reasoning
Minimum 1 trip to jail for DWI
Towing the car home after filling it the very first time with E85
Your Second Life account doesn't count.
If I don't pay you, at least I won't have to worry about paying the email hit man. Come and get me buddy, there's beer in the fridge.

What's next, banning imaginary friends?
What they don't tell you in that study is that CMU is an all female university.
