Some(all?) county recorders have CCTV cameras set-up for public viewing election night. Open your mind and you will find it @ "yourcounty".gov.
If you can't find it, the DOT traffic cameras can be fun to watch when crackhead carjack hijinx erupts. They're there 24/7/365 (*except during hurricanes in Galveston and N'orleans).
and sacrifice the blood of the Elite to appease Huitzilopochtli so he/she will make the sun return to it's zenith every winter. Makes about as much sense as playing with your clock.
1) Windows 7 will unbundle many bundled apps it used to come entrenched with, such as Windows Mail, Photo Gallery, Movie Maker. They will be now offered separately as free downloads on live.com. This means if you use Thunderbird, you never have to un-install Windows Mail (former Outlook Express)in a vain attempt to stop OE and/or Messenger from running after turning off, denying permissions AND removing components(only to return) anymore.
all you gotta do his fork over teh dough to XM/Sirius and you can have all the cookie cutter muzic you want...and now with commercial chips added, too!
And why did Fry's tack on another $10 to the price of the XP OS's they no longer sell? I have half a mind to return my OEM XP Pro and ask for my money back I didn't give them last week... because it's no longer available. After June 30th. Over a month ago.
Or maybe I'll just say "Thanx Fry Guy".
Had I known, I would have picked you up a copy... OEM or full-retail? Home, MCE, Pro? They have all in stock, but I must admit I didn't notice any x64 versions...no worries your 64 x2 system ain't 64 bit compatible anyway. I did note all flavors are up in price(>$10) compared to a month ago. Gone for good but still profitable, go figure.
Verizon will allow you to opt-out of their "Web Access" service($5/month +GetItNow/text/mail/browsing charges). I had to call 4 or 5 months in a row when the charge(and the espam en espanol) kept returning. Been 5 years or so since they tried re-activating it on my account.
My phone is for phone calls. My laptop is for net access...to peruse HowardForums.
I just don't feel the trust w/ See-BS at the helm. Guess I'll have to retrain the clients to go to Sourceforge or MajorGeeks...but they don't roll off the tongue like download.com does.
Going to have to start hammering tom's hardware guide(Tom who?)into their heads, too.
Wish I knew this info Friday. Just got back in town at midnight Thursday, was up at 7 getting ready to transfer 100+gb of back-ups to my file server when the puppy jumped up. The drive was on the table outside the case, she managed to pull the sata plugs out(too bad it wasn't an IDE) and send it 3'to the carpeted floor as I was navigating to my destination folder! After hearing it click and scratch I froze it for 2 hours. Nothing. Tried to open it but 2 heads stripped and by the time I drilled the heads the insides were ruined, coated w/ metal dust. Luckily they were just images of fresh installs and not unique data, but still, my heart broke in a terabyte of pieces.
My 14yo neighbor kid did it in half the LEO's time using his $15 512mb USB loaded w/ Linux distro.
We'll bring you more exciting revelations as they become available, STAY TUNED!
When the LEOs knock on your door and take all your electronics b/c a squatter ran stolen credit cards on your network, then you may rethink your altruism. Sure you'll probably be cleared if the MAC's not a clone of yours, but that's after a long, long investigation. I've seen it happen twice in the last 2 years, not pretty.
I suggest encrypting, filtering and sharing the hex key w/ the neighbors. But then, some crank will probably get in and do it anyways...nm.

Maricopa County Count Room, AZ
That's up there with "Missing Link" and "Weak Link".
Definitely defamatory, I think I would need compensation for the mental trauma.
The SimEarth remake is way past due...

Let's start with the bankers.
"Did you know that 85.7% of all statistics are made up on the spot?"
100% LOLZ
No way am I going to click through 10 pages of ads to read 2-3 pages of content.
Greatest of condolences to our new CBS Overlords.
A couple hundred million could use a time-out from their boob tubes to find a non-choreographed model of reality, IMO.

You forgot something there.
Minix...FTW!
Yahoooooo!
Rather than practice self-control and personal responsibility I will digress to carnal desires and blame the Human Gene. Ain't sentience grand?!?!
Enforcement is profitable!

Inconceivable!
If it wasn't for Vista, I would never have had the motivation to tackle the Linux CLI. Thanx MS!
