The entire concept has long been disproven. First off, a vacuum tunnel miles long is impossible. Vacuum chambers cannot have flexible seals that are moving around, expanding and contracting, which is what anything over a few hundred feet has to do. Secondly, sucking all the air out of the tunnel, and the powering it with a propeller makes no sense at all. And most damning, the fail state is everyone gets vaporized and a large section of the city probably gets exploded as well. Their is just far too much potential energy in a vacuum of that size.
Typically criminals are not granted citizenship as a matter of course. In fact he will lily be bared from visiting American (outside of a prison cell) again because of his criminal record.
How did this survey find 10,000 people who prefer window controls on the left? Or did they just find 10K users who are sick of Ubuntu radically changing their gui every other release?
The problem is that Youtube does not promote itself as a TV station, it promotes itself as a community. When Youtube, or Google as a whole, start manipulating search results so that they always celebrate a certain ideology and demonize another it is at the very least false advertising, and threatens our democracy.
Google is for all intents and purposes a common carrier, it serves as our community hall, mail system, our news papers, and so much more. Why should Google not be allowed to push polities into its search results, because the mailman should not be censuring and modifying my letters.
No. Windows 10 acts like any other Windows before it in the typical user experience. You have a very typical desktop, and you use the same user interfaces on pretty much all the settings and control panel items to modify your experience. The difference between Windows 7 and 10 to the end user is that Windows 10 is compatible with the latest programs and and APIs.
No real people care about esoteric rants about features they do not even see and do not effect them.
Corporate entities counting is disingenuous. Pollution is not just produced, it is the byproduct of some job. Presumably there 100 companies produce over 70% of the work we use. They supply the gas we use to get to work, raise the cattle we eat, or produce our electricity. Who cares how they want to group themselves, that is the realm of accountants and lawyers.
Just remember that while it might be legal, that does not make it moral. BLM are officially against arrests/etc. being filmed. So while you can legally film some police action legally, you are increasing the chances of clearing a police officer of charges and are explicitly working against BLM.
So doing nothing with your life if OK, as long as you spend oodles of money doing it? Bumming around Europe getting tens of thousands of dollars into debt is fine, but exploring America or just hanging around is not acceptable. God forbid these children be allowed to exist for a single moment without someone telling them what to do.
In my experience most of these boards are limited by their board speed. Many of the PI ports get significantly less bandwidth than they can handle normally, and even that is shared between the ports. It might be a gigabit port, but if it is similar to other single board computers it cannot utilize half of that.
From what I have seen, all of these so called "child sex robots" are simply reasonably sized sex robots. No one in their right mind wants a 6 foot 200 lb sex robot. That is just too big to be practice. Instead many sex robots are well under 100 pounds and under 3 feet tall. They can be carried around, stored in drawers, and shipped without paying astronomical fees. At least the ones that have made news headlines do not otherwise look like children at all, they are not given childlike features.
Education and crisis response are not sciences. If you rely on a physicist to figure out how to save people in a burning building, you are going to have a building full of corpses.
Hmm, it still seems rather random. Obviously, a "reasonable relationship" does not involve importing this foreign national through the border and skipping customs. Also the way it is worded it sounds like simply having an arch nemesis in America, would qualify. AKA, the intent of someone in America wanting the foreign national to come is not part of the this addendum, simply them having some form of relationship (negative or positive) is.
Factoring in a case, power, and SD, and shipping if you live in 99% of the world we are at $80 absolute minimum possible $50 more (The last Pi I bought cost me $80 in shipping alone). Two controllers get us to $120. Then to be compatible to a laptop with emulators we need a $100+ screen and a battery (maybe $40+, I don't know). Probably talking $300+.
What legal standing does having a "relationship with a person or entity in the United States" grant someone? This seems like the most random amendment to add to the EO.
No, this will come with a power cable, a case, and probably some firmware with the OS on it, a PI is only cheaper if you just plan on using the raw empty board as a paperweight. This also comes with the controllers, a $20-$60 value in themselves, and a load of games (Evaluating super old classic games is not really possible, but at least $20 and possibly 5 times as much). If you wanted to custom do this yourself we are talking a few hundred dollars at least.
As for more capable, your best bet would the cheapest laptop you can find and install some emulators on it, probably save a few hundred over some Pi based setup.
Guy A sells $1 million coins for pennies, Guy B buys coins for pennies. The money has been transferred and laundered. Great for covering up the origins of criminal gains or just embezzling.
Governments do not typically have laws that give Sovereign Rights to other governments. Other jurisdictions are largely ignored and not talked about. If a company wants to do business in America it follows American laws, in some cases even if the law breaking happened entirely out of the country(victims, data, server) it can still either comply or flee the country entirely.
You can reduce carbon emissions, for example the carbon emissions required to create a nuclear power plant can be less than that required to create the power a Nuclear plant would produce over its lifetime, but you are still producing tons upon tons of carbon, An Electric vehicle can prevent a little carbon over its lifespan (biofuel supposedly adds far more carbon than normal gas), but it is still within an order of magnitude. Every lettuce leaf you eat, every steak, every mown front lawn is linked to carbon emissions. Hell from what I understand every fart is greenhouse gasses, Empty African planes filled with buffalo produce more greenhouse gasses than highways and heavy industry, in many countries flatulence is the single highest source of the stuff.
It does not matter how much more carbon efficient you make your society. Even if you reduce emissions by 99%, we are probably still talking billions of tons of carbon emissions. And if history teaches us anything it is that efficiency breeds more use far faster than it saves the resource.

How is it a shock that someone with more experience makes more money?

They pointed a flashlight at some satellite.

Where in he legal system does it allow full citizens who are considered fully independent adults to be discriminated against because of their age?

This does not sound like it is an official PI product. Yet it is using the name. What is going on here?

By this logic internal combustion engines are carbon neutral

No, when your trailer starts to rock, you are supposed to slow down, not slam on the gas.
