Don't forget Pizza Hut, rebranding some of it's stores "The Hut".
"The new "Hut" stores will be more than simply places to place a delivery order, according to MediaWeek. They will include televisions that broadcast programs such as "Wheel of Fortune" and "Entertainment Tonight."
Ahh Entertainment Tonight, me and my friends haven't missed an episode in years. Laugh.
"So the spark plug could soon join the fax machine in the pantheon of antiquated technologies that will never completely disappear."
I always get my secretary to page me when I get a new fax. Then I head over to the closest payphone and give her a call to see what it says. Generally its just spam:(
Yea and then people bitch about how unsecure windows is on all levels and how these security flaws create problems.
What we need is a mobile phone O/S that lets you install everything you want in the world, automatically filters through crappy apps, and will make sure the program is robust before it installs it!
Can't have everything, when you add one aspect you take away from another.
Yea but what will still happen is... the titles get bought for $39.99 and then the re-seller retail stores take the profits from there for many years to come.
Gamestop drove up the prices of video games... there is a valid reason they sell the new ones for so much money.

How is that enough to put the data up to more than just coincidence?
Repeat the experiment 10 more times, then it might be a little more credible.
I had an 08 Honda Accord... when I found out they were coming out with the 09 Honda Accord I was so fucking pissed! I had just spent $20,000 on this thing and they are already coming out with a new one! It was outrageous. I felt like they should have given me the 09 for free (or at least real cheap) so I went to my dealership and got all pissy in their face. They said sorry your logic is dumb.
Alas nothing happened. This is stupid.
These sort of contests work wonders towards inspiring new ideas and breaking away from old paradigms. In a free(ish) economy the main motivation is money. If you set out a prize for various pinnacles of innovation, then it is just a matter of time before they will be captured. If the goal is not achieved, then set the bounty higher. I love this idea for one and wish any attempts to gain the prize well!
Break free from NASA's model, but don't step on the lunar dirt prints!
I can't wait until the baby boomer generation dies off and my generation can become political leaders.
I figured out a solution about two year ago.. I just stopped visiting the site and the problem went away.

Now baseball will enter the myostatin era....
Then Linux is actually the most expensive choice? :)
It may drain the battery but uhh...
