Instead of worrying about petty things such as improper trash sorting and "dog habits", for God sakes, worry about things that matter -- murderers, rapists, and drug abusers.
Or maybe the other states have just gone underboard, if that's even a word. It's nice to see those warnings. I once saw a product at a sports store, and it had one of those warnings on it. Turns out it was because there was lead in the product, and I'da never thunk it. Now imagine if that warning label wasn't there and some parent left the product around their little kids?
If it's thought to be a carcinogen, I sure as heck would like to know. I was wondering when they'd come out with issues about LED's, and I'm not surprised now that I hear about them. It's a shame, though, I was thinking they'd be a viable alternative to mercury-filled CCFL's.
I'd be more excited if this were based off of a Genesis. Neat that they're bringing back old hardware, though; I've always had a soft spot for old technology.
The headline kinda scared me. But in all reality, who cares? They're not doing it by analyzing packets; if I were a smart company I'd Google for myself and find people who have issues. If they provide a method of contact, I'd be stupid to not contact them by that method and try to work out the issue.
Can't stand Comcast as they're a monopoly and their prices are high, and customer service is terrible; however, they're service has always been reliable for me (internet, TV).
I prefer FF2 as well. The skin looks nicer, the urlbar functionality is more useful for me -- can't stand the awesomebar -- and there a few other minor things I don't like about FF3 and that I wasn't able, even with a lot of searching, to 'fix' using FF on OSX back when FF3 was first released.
Once FF2 is discontinued I'll move on. Of course, I still prefer Opera as my main browser.
If you have a scanner capable of receiving the frequencies, I believe you can sometimes use them to receive microwave signals. I just remember reading it somewhere, maybe I'm wrong...
I didn't even bother reading them. They were listed in an annoying slideshow format, instead of plain old text. I'd rather not have to click a button to have an image load for each acronym.
Thanks for the news. I setup a FF party for the forums I visit. Cool stuff!
Downloaded Opera 9.5. Great browser, terrible new theme. They should've at least included the classic theme to go back to. Oh well, I use D.T.A anyway.
Opera needs to get a new PR team, as Mozilla is generating so much hype it's not funny. Almost like the 9.5 release was a bugfix release, as far as hype goes.
Is it broke for you? If not, don't fix it.
I'm moving to my global warming shelter now. Good luck to all you doomed mankind.
Digg? Digg? Please, no.
Wait, you said "the 50 hottest nerds"? Nevermind, that's a headline that will make the Digg crowd go crazy.

Just give it some time...
Move the room to Antarctica, turn off the heat.

Show everyone your gun collection before the games begin.
Tell me this: has Bush kept us safe since 9/11?
Peace through strength, baby.

I use snail mail. It's safer because it's sealed. Snail mail FTW.
It's all about money, ain't a damn thing funny.

I thought spam was supposed to be gone by now, too.
Good luck with that.

I'm surprised your fentium didn't die -- or at least break into pieces -- before you hit 'Reply'.
RIP. Thanks for saving a crapload of lives.
I like white background, black text.

What a wonderful way to spend our tax dollars.
Over-reacting granny would never survive reading Slashdot.
Obama doesn't need 'Google bombing' to put himself in a bad light.
Agreed.

Yes, it is a wonderful time for browser wars right now.
With FF3, Opera 9.50, and Webkit whatever in the works, this is truly an interesting ride. What final release will be better?
