Its been Airing on Sky One in the Uk for ages alright and its not bad, abit slow to start off but its coming into its own now I think
Funnily enough I'm amzed half the geeks with dsl here havn;t already downloaded the episodes of various torrent sites as its extremely popular and even the makers of battlestar asked users not to do so as it'll drop rating in the USA when the shows comes out (tonight)
although I never saw the show on digital/sat as I'm in Ireland I have downloaded alot of eps and it was extremely sad to see the show going down hill:( I watched about 3-4 shows after the layoffs when Kevin was thrown to the sidelines and it just wasn't interesting anymore so I stopped watching it. Sad to see a good show crash and burn due to bad decisions...
WMV and WMA files are far from popular file formats for movies and eps that are shared on BT sites So its hardly going to cause issues for people that avoid these file formats like the plague:)
For software I never read instructions unless I run into problems, same goes for computer hardware I've more or less never needed to read instructions for TV's, VCR's, DVD Players, Microwaves etc etc ffs there easy operate:)
This is very old news to be honest, the browser is shite! Its slow and bloated to use and Firefox kills it hands down, it used to have a advert banner removal feature but they got rid of it:(
Even here in Ireland one friend of mine got a notice from his ISP saying he was downloading from suprnova and that Universal had tracked his IP. So sites like suprnova are wayyyy to open and as time goes by the smart people have moved away from such sites.
But there are private trackers as well they have. - Alot of people - Alot of content - Good ratios so speeds are good
Nothing like suprnova and they are monitored carefully by the owners, so how are the MPAA/RIAA going to monitor these?
I've used these in the past on a 32MB USB 1.0 flash drive, loaded slowly due to the slow USB speed but worked great other then that:) Must get the updated one's now,
I'm all for more countrys joining the EU, but when countrys do this kind of shit! As for as I'm concerned Turkey can feck off till they sort out things like this.
hmm guess I should have mentioned I;m in Ireland so I'm pretty safe, I just feel sorry for all the people that voted for Kerry Now there stuck with *Kermit..ah.. I mean Bush for the next 4 years
...and another 4 years of terror begin:( How can so many people be so stupid and vote this muppet in for a second time, in fairness its a total joke and once again almost every country in the world laughs at the USA

In fairness I'd imagine most people here are using other browsers besides IE 4/5/6. If your on the net and you load activeX etc without wanting them I have no pitty for you. Use Opera or FF etc for feck sake!
Yep, was born in Ireland, Nobody knows how they manage to spend 152 euro on RTE & Network 2, maybe they spent last years money on the last episode of Friends or a few years ago maybe they spent it all on buying Stargate SG-1 ahead of Sky One in the UK and then driving it into the ground by airing it at 2.30am on a Monday night!!
Monkeys could run the channels better, The thing is I wouldn't mind paying the 150 euro per month if RTE or Network 2 did what BBC 1/2 did and STOPPED showing adverts!
Funny thing is even if you got rid of your TV I'm sure they'd still bring you to court just like the did to a writer for the Irish Times a few years back, 5 years he spent telling them to feck off and they wouldn't dispite the fact he had no TV.
This is crazy, I hate having to pay 152 (euro) for a tv licence for a TV that I hardly ever watch and if I wans't living with my girlfriend I'd have got rid of it ages ok just to piss off the license inspector.
Now there trying to screw us over with a computer tax wtf like, ok its not in Ireland yet but this is aload of shit!
Is it just me or half the story is one big long link??
AttackOfTheDictionaries writes "Project Honey Pot started operating back in November. The Project provides its participants with a script that generates fake webpages with unique honeypot email addresses. The end
result is that Project Honey Pot can connect email harvesters' IP
addresses with the spam received by those honeypot email addresses. Which is pretty nifty, but left some people asking how that would help legal attacks on spam. Well, it seems that some lawyer over at SecurityFocus has an answer."

Does this mean they'll be a exeem-lite version? ;)

ok it took 40min here in Ireland but hell I'm stil happy with the results :)
If it wasn't for piracy they would have made more money!
In fairness 9Million is just not enough, I mean they must be stuck for cash all the time

lol
I must try it in work and see what I get on Monday
In fairness I'd imagine most people here are using other browsers besides IE 4/5/6. If your on the net and you load activeX etc without wanting them I have no pitty for you.
Use Opera or FF etc for feck sake!
Actually Netscape follows Mozilla suite not FF code,
I've been a fan of Moz since the start and before that Netscape, I've donated my $30 :)

Having used OSX I have to say if I could use it instead of WindowsXP I properly would switch.
The interface is less spammy then what WinXP offers and its much more user friendly aswell.
Though in saying that I'll properly switch all my machines to Linux with KDE soon enough...
This is crazy, I hate having to pay 152 (euro) for a tv licence for a TV that I hardly ever watch and if I wans't living with my girlfriend I'd have got rid of it ages ok just to piss off the license inspector.

Ok two things,
I' not going to bothering replying and explaining my first post
Oh wait I've replied..., ok one thing I'm now going to waste my time explaining my first post
sigh..
Interesting alright, if any company did this in Ireland they'd be a nice court case to be had :)
