MS shouldn't really be allowing such poor practices. Why should my memory be eaten up by loads of DLL files that are nearly identical. Let's face it, there isn't going to be huge differences between version X and Y.
I'm sure there's a requirement that only only douche bags can work within border control in the US. They do treat everyone, American or foreigner like a piece of shit. It's because if it wasn't for their cushy little job as a government bully, they'd probably be a toilet clear for Wal-Mart.
Being an American who has opted to live outside of the US seems to be some sort of crime in their eyes. At least I can take comfort in the fact my life means something unlike theirs.
MS has done some good things over the years but Sharepoint is not one of those things. It's about as much fun as taking a dump in your pants in public.
It certainly isn't the banks fault that he picked a bank-like username which caused confusion and lead to him receiving information he shouldn't have. They should probably smash his computer into a million bits as well just to be on the safe side.
It's more open than the iPhone but then what isn't? Windows Mobile was awful when I tried. The phone too often lost it's signal and permanently until the system was rebooted, it's touch screen calibration would work for months and then all of the sudden it go for weeks or longer where it lost it's calibration every time it went into sleep mode. It had real issues displaying simple jpegs properly for a background image, with most showing up looking faded. The desktop buttons and start menu, like calibration would be perfect, and then all of the sudden display funny or not work right.
I could understand if I put a bunch of 3rd party software on the system but I didn't install anything. TBH, it had everything I needed. It was just frustratingly buggy.
Except for the fact that I, like many others, didn't want that add-on. Which would be fine other than the fact you didn't have full control over your own computer and remove it.
Many people find toolbars useful otherwise they wouldn't seek out toolbars on their own or opt to install them along side java.
It's a good way to separate the upper class from the lower class. Not everyone from a council estate wears a tracksuit so sometimes they can filter into areas where they shouldn't be.
But MS did install a firefox plugin without asking and with no easy way to remove it until enough people bitched. That is worse than having to untick a box.
I would rather have no toolbar in there but I know why they did it. It's easy money and unfortunately stupid people seem to like toolbars and Sun isn't exactly rolling in the cash yet they still gave an option unlike MS.
It was my first post Windows non-Windows computer (if that makes any sense) and I loved it. I completely forgot about it since it's taken forever but I will definitely be looking into this.
Personally I think he's slightly off but cardboard does generally have to reach a high temperature to burn. 258c, I think converts to nearly 500f. I think he's a bit too high as I've always known it to be 450 for cardboard to burn.
Unless your computer catches on fire it will never get hot enough for cardboard to burn. They put oven meals in cardboard, people reheat pizza in its box in the oven and cooking food in a oven is much hotter than a PC.
Paper must reach the temperature of 451 F (233 C) to burn. But the water in the box is less than 212 F (100 C) and any heat added to the paper will be absorbed into the water by conduction. The paper and water will be at the same temperature. In fact, any material you use that readily conducts heat will stay at about the temperature of the water.
Once all the water has turned to steam, the cardboard or paper will burn.
If this raises eyebrows then what about Microsoft?
They sell the server and client software, the programming languages (.net), the game console which is a locked down piece of software meant to only operate with their software, they sell the mobile phone OS that works best with their software and their sell the music player that works best with their software.
They offer anti competitive free software, like anti virus, zip archiving software, browsers, media players, email clients, they're not attacking the retailer by opening their own shop and they even have a hand in feeding people the news (MSNBC)
Oracle hardly evil compared to Microsoft even Apple is by far more anti-competitive than Oracle.
Like MS will ever allow that to happen. If.Net and Mono were completely compatible then it would be much easier to port apps to Linux and therefore remove the need for Windows.
Buy the parts and build your own. It will be cheaper, you get exactly what you want and no os.

It's not quite the same as an advertisement, imo, when you make out like anyone can add a review. Not anyone can contribute to an advertisement.
I'm sure MS will spin this in a positive way but let's face it. This just goes to show how shit Vista was.

London doesn't want it because English people in general are miserable shits that will whinge about everything.

There are levels in between raw and burnt.

Yeah so good that it's not sold worldwide due to its resounding success where it is sold and that date bug in the non-HD version was awesome.

6 was not fine. It was a piece of shit. Totally insecure, awful to develop sites for. I don't really see how that can be fine.
I don't think they could get away with it. That would be a clear abuse of power.

It's not really for people who can see and hear. It's more for blind people who are always going to be more aware of the sounds around them.
The ass who didn't lock their computer is the one that should be sacked.
Yes, if you're too stupid to opt out of it. Sun in no way hides the fact it would like to install Yahoo toolbar nor does it make it hard to opt out.

Upgrading any OS, especially Windows, is asking for trouble. If you want to be an idiot then sit there all day and bask in your idiocy.
With something like a 52% failure rate for the 360, I doubt it's a case of people needing to grow up.
