    Yikes! Guess you haven't been to a large banking outfit lately.

    I suppose auto bill pay and nice graphics are legitimate advances (though my credit union has had those for years), let's look at overall customer satisfaction. I am sure that companies aligned with competing banks probably aren't on their auto pay list. Hence, you can stare at your pretty checks while you wait in line for 30 minutes.
