Sounds good as long as it doesn't compromise the foods shelf life in any way. The skin on fruits and vegetables is a barrier against pathogens. If the skin is broken or marked the fruit will spoil much faster.
very few people realize the power that sits in the palm of their hands these days. The computational power of a cell phone is vastly superior to that of computers that used to fill entire rooms! More people need to appreciate whats really going on here. It's not just a computer, it's a calculator. A very fast calculator crunching huge amounts of numbers for YOU. There is a machine in your pocket flipping trillions of 1's and 0's! It's nothing short of a miracle that we have learned to harness electricity in this way and on such a small scale.
Hahaha. Only the people who played with the microwave would understand. Seriously, Who didn't play with the microwave? This is a sort of nostalgic comedy
Precisely. The definition of the word Immersed is "To engage wholly or deeply". This can be done with or without good graphics. Some people just can't wrap their heads around a game that doesn't have pixel shaders and z-buffers. I recently started playing Final Fantasy VI(a two dimensional sprite based game) and I am completely immersed.
"I also put the 1983 storage and speeds in 2009 terms, for the benefit of the youngin's out there."
Thanks for moving the decimal for us. 2Ghz is 2000 Mhz no matter what
This is exactly the kind of thing we need to see more of. Energy is all around us, just waiting to be harvested. All of those little bits could add up to a lot of energy. Reminds me of those tiles that generate energy when walked on, or those breaks in Hybrid cars that re-charge the battery upon breaking. How about those watches that use your body's motion to charge. When Tech gets cheap enough I suspect we will see more and more "perpetual" energy in our lives(though there is really no such thing as perpetual energy).
Absolutely, the ATI Radeon 9700pro was waaay ahead of it's time! I didn't join the ATI bandwagon until the Radeon 9800pro. Needless to say, I have been with ATI ever since.
One thing that really grind my gears is when folks call installing "Downloading" or vice versa. Another is when Someone says, "Oh, I got that offline", what they mean to say is that they got is off of the internet. You can't get something "offline" because you are offline moron!!
I recently bought the HD4830 for $130 and was completely blown away by the performance. Crysis maxed out on a budget system?!! Hallelujah!! Now just imagine that without the OS Layer.
Games were great until the *cool* people started getting into them. Games used to be a niche market for nerds. Now the games are dumbed down for all the jocks. The scene is too blown up and now it's all about money and pleasing everyone.
Well, Since the slashdot army has brought down eeggs.com, I guess we'll never know which egg is the best of all time. But I do remember a hidden flight simulator in Microsoft excel way back in the day
When we are born the only thing we know how to do is suck on a tit. We must continually pass down the information from one generation to the next or it will be lost forever. We had better find a way to permanently store our history or we will lose everything our for-fathers have worked for.
Why does it always have to be one or the other? I have a PC and a PS3.

Holy mackerel the Nano looks great!
I think we are thinking too deep into this. I wonder how we ever got by before multiplayer.

"Don't try to reinvent the concept of gameplay" I disagree

Agreed, at least let the pirates patch for the sake of the worlds safety

If the game were designed with the wiimote in mind than there would not be an almost identical version for a game pad.

Intriguing. So, the more Metachlorians one has, the more one can control the body?

It's well known that they have members of FBI on site to monitor explosions.
lol
I think what they are trying to say is they don't want just any jackass writing a game for there console. They want a smart jackass
