Sorry I didn't come to class today, I imbibed some sort of malware last night at the tavern searching for "quests" and it slowed down my body and took over root processes and I was unable to login.
This is China we're talking about. They will claim that the tundra is a lifeless wasteland, suppress anything/anyone that says otherwise, and create such a crybaby, victim of global bullying attitude that everyone will just let them get along with it and apologize for hurting their feelings.
Have bluetooth sub-vocalization pick ups which you can place on your throat. It has two benefits, you don't look like an idiot walking around with a glowing piece of plastic dangling off your ear, and because you only have to move the muscles to sub-vocalize, you won't create any noise or open your mouth. That way people don't think you're crazy and talking to yourself or proceed to mug you for being the one annoying guy on the phone.
However, for anyone who saw the sketch that I'm referring to, they can remember it in the original presentation and the effect is still there. It's just a memory trigger, it would have been much more descriptive and detailed if it was meant to be a presentation in itself.
Albert Einstein: And what is it you want to patent, Herr Smith?
Smith: I call it "Smith's Theory of Relativity."
Albert Einstein: Hey, look at this.
Smith: What?
*SMASH SMASH SMASH*
*scribbles out Smith for Einstein*
Albert Einstein: heh heh heh
There are more armed civilians on the streets than there are armed police officers. Our society is strongly in favor of self reliance(the intelligent portions of it anyway) and being able to defend yourself is one of those. "An armed society is a polite society." - Robert A. Heinlein
No, Paper beats Rock.
Remember: Scissors cuts Paper, Paper covers Rock, Rock crushes Lizard, Lizard poisons Spock, Spock smashes Scissors, Scissors decapitates Lizard, Lizard eats Paper, Paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes Rock, and of course Rock crushes Scissors.
Which was the supreme court ruling in Roe vs. Wade and why that ruling along with the 10th amendment makes a federal healthcare system unconstitutional.
You are thinking of a vehicle which completely wraps itself around the cable, why not a space elevator which has several dozen cars moving on it at all times by having multiple "rails" and sending vehicles behind each other like our current train system. When a vehicle gets to the top or the bottom it is disconnected and moved out of the way for loading/unloading. Even two "rails" would allow for a circuit transfer while having 6+ would mean a constant flow of travel.
who thinks it would be easier to design the system like we design all of our mass transit which uses electricity? By sending the power through a rail and and having the vehicle pick it up that way. Having an array of lasers beaming energy to a vehicle, having it convert it using solar cells, and then turning it into motive power seems overly complex. Energize part of the elevator and use that to power the vehicle, it's a tested and proven method for transportation on the ground and involves a lot less variables and expense.
...a secret copyright treaty whose text Obama's administration refused to disclose due to "national security" concerns...
I could be mistaken but that does sound like the name of the current president of the US. So in mentioning a treaty in relation to the US president it could be understood using basic reasoning that the subject would be... the US.
The thing with US Federal law though is that treaties override constitutional laws. Laws Constitution Treaties. So any major unconstitutional idea that Has To Be Passed For Your Safety will be written and signed as a treaty with another country if it is too controversial for the public to accept.
I agree with the parent here, games like warhammer and battletech will be great on a system like this because they are straight out fighting games and are designed to play on tables like this(without the electronic component) and would only increase the speed of play while leaving the game mechanics themselves alone. This is proven by games like MegaMek, Neveron, and Invasion3042 for battletech and Bloodbowl and ComSim for warhammer, which are played on the computer but retain the rules of the board game and only take over the distance calculations and dice rolls.
Root processes being eating/drinking/pissing. I was describing a hangover.

We're whalers on the moon, we carry a harpoon, but there ain't no whales so we tell tall tales and sing our whaling tune.

Who's to say that ET won't come here and take a liking to our stocks of salt water for reasons unbeknownst to us?
Obviously the dolphins need somewhere to live.
What does smokeless tobacco have anything to do with this?
and may actually produce hallucinations in the user.
I don't think the program is the only thing that's high around here.
I was making a reference to the stupid scene in COD MW2 where a russian MRV exploded in orbit and caused the ISS to explode and how stupid that was.
yea, my handwriting sucks and cellwriter typed it wrong and I didn't notice.
They only need to last until 12/12/12.
they can be used to stop the russians from invading washington by detonating them in orbit, the only problem is it could destroy the ISS.

Well as the article is about the United States I was pointing out why it will work here and not in Cananda.
That is how Article VI of the Constitution is [mis]interpreted. http://www.usconstitution.net/const.html#Article6

They'll be stuck inside because they will end up poisoning the atmosphere and they won't be let out until they clean up.
