All AGC have done in getting Gabe and Tycho to pull the pic is cause it to be distributed far and wide across the net as fast as it's little meme legs will carry it.
I suspect the Borg might turn out to be an evolution of that nasty repair station that was hooking victims up into a big neural net.
Ie. Not the Borg we're utterly sick of but a kind of proto-borg that we know the future of but the Enterprise crew don't so they can remain unknown until TNG time.
Yes but with Redhat making versions obsolete after 12 months you can only continue using the subscription after you upgrade *all* you machines when Redhat decide.
We're currently looking at changing distros where I work. We can only do updates like that at certain times of the year. We simply can't adhere to Redhat's schedule of upgrades and we also can't do without security patches.:(
I'm quite impressed with Tatu as a band. Sure they don't write their own songs and their entire image seems contrived and planned for them but I'm very impressed with the quality of their music and singing. They certainly don't sound like the average manufactured pop-act (Fellow UKians will agree with me there).
And they're not actually underage by UK standards either:)
Exactly my thoughts. I listen to all my music on my PC (In ogg) and on my Archos 20gig portable player in mp3. I guess I'm just a filthy criminal even though I buy lots of cds a month.
1. Yes 2. Nope. The splash forms, takes out a load of rock/dirt/whatever but when you go through where are you going to go. You're underground and you can't go back. (They did an episode on this). If you fall back into the event horizon of an outgoing gate you die. Gates are one way (Except for the bizarre first episode but we'll forgive them for that.) 3. They activate the iris after the gate has formed but before people come through. When people do come through they hit the iris very, very fast. The SGC has had practice at identifying people based on the smears left over on the iris.
I'm work as a Unix tech at a University and I see this all the time. Rather than take what turns out to be a rather minor telling off (IE me in the office telling them what they did is bad and not to do it again) and throwing out a quick appology they'd rather stand there arguing the toss about it until the technician involved gets so fed up with them he escalates the incident higher and the student gets into real trouble. Just for being a cocky little sod.
We had a female student here almost get kicked out of the Uni for eating in the labs. She'd do it everyday and everyday someone would catch her while doing the rounds (We don't allow eating and drinking in our labs). She always accused the techs of lying and picking on her and then would carry right on doing it. She used to line up chips on the keyboard and eat them off one by one. Our academic director even caught her once and she still said we were lying.
After months of dancing around like this it was refered to the student discapline board and she got a final warning with the threat of being kicked out of the University.
We don't know what would have happened next since she failed her course and left anyway. However if she'd just accepted the initial telling off from whichever technician caught her and then waited until she'd finished in the lab before eating that would have been it. End of story.
Some people have no sense however. Tip for the story poster. Don't argue with it. Just sign the appology and forget about it. It'll be easier in the long run than getting kicked out of school.
I currently have a second hand M100 that I bought a little while ago. It holds my address book, takes notes, plays some fun little games, holds a few ebooks from Guttenberg and doubles as a Gaydar.
Nice but ugly.
The Zire does the same but looks nice. When are they coming to the UK?:)
Oh and to the naysayers. I'm still not using all my 2meg. Not by a long shot. Great battery life too.
I know:) I was just kidding. You got to admit though that Emusic has a lot of crap. Now imagine how good they could be if the labels let them use some bigger names.
The difference is that Emusic doesn't care what you do with the mp3s once you've downloaded them whereas HMVs servivce will only allow you to burn (Or have insecure copies) of a small number a month. (See the OD2 homepage)
From where I'm sitting Emusic seems to be the better option (As long as you like older music and bad Euro death metal:) )
Hell yes give them ideas

Now *that's* justice
I wish a pair of breasts had shown up when I used to play as a kid. It would have been more interesting than war I can tell you. :)

Yay! Another Machinae Supremacy fan. Those guys rock.
Are you sure you didn't just die and go to sysadmin heaven?

http://www.xyramax.co.uk in the UK will fit one for you or you can buy a GBA from them pre-fitted.
Best thing I ever did to my GBA.

It was good while it lasted. Guess it's time to stop buying my music and start stealing it like everyone else. :(
I don't know about that. I've got the upcut episodes on DVD and I've certainly seen something Zev's mother wouldn't like me looking at.
What he said only without the sarcasm :)

Splitters!
I bet it's got a little blob inside. Careful or it'll devour your entire town.
Multiregion dvd player owners might like to buy the R3 version from DDD House
And no. It's not a bootleg. It's legit. Just very cheap.

if the price looks too good to be true, it probably is
Unless you're buying R3 releases from somewhere like DDDHouse which are official releases.
That partial amnesia of yours is probably caused by the shock of watching Steven Seagal movies. Just thought you should know.

Give it time.
I've never had a single problem with any version of CDEX on Win2k or XP.
I used to use the Adaptec aspi drivers (From the adaptec website) with Win2k and with XP I don't need any.
Why not try the latest beta? It's running fine on my XP box.
Sounds like your setup is faulty to be honest.
