Why think illegal? I live in Argentina (Zone 4), I dont rent from BB from a long time for this exact problem, all the movies they rent are about 3-5 months late. What I mean, BB is not the only video rental store around, smaller ones buy the movies in USA and rent those, there is no law that prohibits that besides loyalty to the local movie distributors, which my guestimate is: only BB has...
I don't miss mine, I'm using the same keyboard since 1985 (18 years), every now and then I remove all the keycaps and clean one by one with detergent. The only modification I made is to replace the original upper side of the keyboard with one from a ps/2 with the status leds.
If I ever need a 'rug' most of my hair is in between the keys...:-)

SIP is the evolution of H.323 thats why they're pushing it so hard. Its already in use in VOIP networks and clearinghouses around the world.
