    I love how you neglect the "up front" costs of your printed up directions, like the computer, the internet connection, and the printer itself.

    the best thing you could possibly do is find a local federal credit union. They may not have branches everywhere, but you can access all of your account from almost any credit union. I've been a member of the credit union of my hometown for years and ive never had to switch, despite not living within 100 miles of a branch.

    I call this a win, just means it will be easier for our hackers to get into Russian systems and expose political secrets. As for the business side of it, I seriously doubt Russia paid for any of that software.

    Example, there are several anime shows listed on Netflix as "Netflix originals" when the reality is that Netflix is the only place outside of japan to watch it (without downloading it illegally)

    What he ^ said. Plus we have alternatives to Steam, but they have proven that even EA and Ubisoft cant do a better job than valve, as Origin and Uplay are synonymous with garbage.

    After the 2008 shitstorm, a big trend in companies (including the one I work at) is to hire new hires as contractors rather than full time employees. They can work them just as hard but pay them less and deny benefits like health insurance. You may ask "how do they get away with that?" and the answer is simple: the job market sucks, and a shitty job is better than no job. I've been working as a contractor at a company in the tech industry for nearly 5 years now, and its not uncommon for this to happen here.
