Then demonstrate the existence of ghosts. Until then, they have not proven to be existent- and thus should not be assumed to exist. Also, let me ask you this- Why would a ghost be afraid of an experiment? Are the ghost busters coming to get them? I think not.
Here's a little something for you the statement "pokemon really exist" is not falsifiable. There isn't an experiment you can do to prove that they don't exist. Maybe the experiment scared them away, or you just can't find them, etc.
The statement "there's no such thing as pokemon" is falsifiable. It can be proven wrong by demonstrating the existence of pokemon.
Now with a little common sense, we can determine that pokemon are indeed not real, living creatures.
Hm, does this mean I can't say myface.jpg anymore? Well fuck, mymug.jpg doesn't have the nice right to it, nor does mytoot.jpg.
Thank you America for your wonderful trademark and patent laws.
I think I'll stick with myface.jpg anyways.
I'd like to add that because news articles do sum things up into fewer words, they often times add opinionated statements to get their point across: I seriously doubt you'll find many news articles, or someone talking about the news with no bias. Hell, even Shuttleworth's blog posting had his own opinions in it- It's natural for opinions to make their way into any sort of news. It's simply interpretation of the actual facts.
Actually, it's "private ownership of resources or capital," you could very well argue a patent to be a resource. So, uh yeah... Anti-capitalist is (arguably) proper.
Does this mean 4 year olds have the right to consent? I mean, if they can be sued for their actions why the hell can't they be trusted to make their own?
It has some support from versions later than 2- but not full support (if I remember correctly anyways.) Either way, it doesn't support DRM so there's really no point to it. I mean, wow there's an implementation that can't run 90% of the silverlight based websites worth running.
That would be way too much work. Y'know, where I live teachers have to take roll- And boy oh boy do they hate it. They have to actually get on the schools network, and then CHECK THE STUDENTS OFF! It's insane! I think we should move to DNA testing: Each child has to spit in a cup and give it to the DNA lab when they come in in the morning, and in good time we'll know for sure who's skipping. We should also hire an entire staff to do this, and to make sure each kid gets one cup, this will prevent kids from signing their friends in! This would solve the whole "too much work for a government employee" issue. (Wow, I'm genius.)
Who the fuck modded you as flamebait? It's a valid point. Microsoft has tons of extremely broad patents that describe really basic functionality of an operating system- Nothing innovative on their part. I'd love to see them start threatening Apple... Or they could do something even more insane, like sue their own customers: I really like MS's self-destructive tendencies, it really puts a smile on my face knowing that their own customers can't trust Microsoft not to sue them- I wonder what this will do for the Windows market share? Hey, if a major vendor ever did decide to stop shipping windows all together (or hell, even downplay Windows) I can definitely see Apple-like ad's going "LOLVIRUS" while at the same time going "By the way, it can surf the web, you can make.docx files with openoffice/libreoffice, the OS supports 3D acceleration, etc. while still being cheaper than a certain other proprietary operating system.
Let's face it: IF these vendors do ever move away from Windows, they may not kill it, but they could certainly put a fairly big dent in its market- Imagine the world with two Linux based vendors with the same market share as OSX, or even one for that matter. That's a pretty big dent.
Also, I'm getting ready to be modded down for thinking, as it seems to be a recent trend on/.
I think you forgot the definition of anonymous.

After that, I suspect Microsoft to accuse apple of hundreds of patent infringements.

LibreOffice should be renamed SunOffice! As it's a beacon of light, for the open source community.
And I thought I was the one who'd have to say that.
Have any better ideas? Hm, actually that's not a bad idea... What else does the guy have to lose?
I think I'm detecting a massive amount of "samefags" here.
To be fair, a ministry can also refer to religion... So... Uh... Wait, is this some crazy cult?
For every 10% increase in tornadoes over 6,000 new jobs would be created and billions in GDP and tax revenue would be generated.
When hasn't it been "supposed to be happening?"
Okay.
Damn, you make us mouse users with wheels envious, I wish I could feel all of that momentum, going up, and down... Back, and forth.
Dropbox is amazing. I'd highly recommend it.
I just want to glow in the dark!
Yeah, it is. Damn these news stations getting our kids high!
The most original idea ever.
I get the idea that this is only a fear tactic, there's no way they could go through all that information. Even still, it is an invasion of privacy.
Okay, but this doesn't tell me where my gravity gun is-- Yeah sure I'm getting along great with this crowbar, but seriously give me my gravity gun.
