    What about the vast majority of Arabs who are true muslims, and therefore pacifists? Do you condone their rights being squashed just because of their ethnicity and religion more or less match the ones of some terrorists?

    If a few deranged fundamentalists are all that it takes to define a religion, then we can also call for searching and profiling christians just because of a few wackos that claimed themselves to be christian.

    As much as I want ROTK to be a great movie, I really fear leaving that theater in a worse dissapointment than last year.

    I dont have any problems with the scenes he left out... I have a real problem with the ones he put in that dont have anything to do with the original story.

    We dont want Aragorn doubting if he wants to be king or not.

    We dont want any more Dwarf-tossing jokes

    We dont want Faramir to be cruel and aloof.

    We dont want any 10 minute long dreamy sequences of Liv Tyler... wait a sec. we DO want those, but not in LOTR!

    You havent the slightest clue of true Islam.

    There are peaceful moslems in Europe (most in Spain), Africa, Asia, Latin America, and even in North America.

    The vast mayority of Moslems in the world abhor terrorism in the same way that the vast mayority of Christians do.

    Both religions do preach spreading out their beliefs through the world. However, most scholars in both religious groups say that this "sharing of the word" must be done peacefully.

    Only a very small minority of them (on both groups) talk about killing those who do not submit to the faith.

    No, neither the US or Israel support parking cars full of explosives in Palestinian cities and then blowing them up, mainly because its not cost efective.

    They support attacking Palestinian cities with tanks and apache helicopters and destroying homes with missiles.

    Thats the correct way to fight a war against terrorists, right?

    For me, it costs Linux.

    The only part that I havent done (from your list) is editing DV movies, and that only because I dont have a DV camera, but Im sure it can be done.

    Maybe its less pretty, but I also dont drive a cadillac to work when my trusty Hyundai will do.

    Unfair comparison. Building a house requires a lot more knowledge and a lot more work than assembling a computer.

    Nowadays theres lego kits that are harder to assemble than a computer with a modern motherboard.

    Assembly labor is definetely not the cause of steep apple prices

    Did you actually live through the 80s? Your phone may have been 4.4" x 2.3", but they were like 2 feet thick!

    Aw, cmon... only drug-dealers could afford the cost and the sillyness of using one of those humongous bricks of the 80's! ...just as only them use satellite phones nowadays (and maybe a few National Geographic photojournalists)
