    Better explain all the 0x80070002, 0x80073712, and 0x80070005 errors in my update log then.

    And no, I don't think it's an OEM problem since the logs indicate a missing file in the update itself, at least for some of the errors.

    Has to be readable yes. Has to be plain text? No.

    If I give you something encrypted with OpesnSSL and a password, you can break it right? After all, you know everything that OpenSSL does. The wifi password, and any other external credential, should be protected at rest. And yes, it can be done securely even with full source access.

    My parents are in a similar situation. I created them the accounts they needed and sent them Nexus 7.

    The nearest Apple store to them is 2 hours away, and a half hour in the car is pushing for my mother. Don't assume everyone has access to an Apple store. Or can even make it out of the house for that matter.

    Huh? My 2.3 phone accesses the Play store just as easily as my 4.3 tablet.

    You want to see what the GOG model gets you with modern games?

    Sure, Witcher series, Cyberpunk 2077, Dragon Commander. Those don't look like MMO to me.

    Look at the things like the party Ubi threw at SDCC, Tomb Raider a "failure" with 3M+ sold. The current AAA model is unsustainable with or without piracy.

    Password protected PDF secure? You're kidding, right?

    My wife and I had some password protected PDFs that wouldn't open on our e-readers. I stripped the passwords in about 5 seconds, since I had the passwords because we were authorized users. No problems reading on our devices after that.

    These PDFs were part of a collection, some were passworded, most were not. My wife and I both had the same password even though we downloaded with differing credentials, so I'm assuming everybody got the same password. Security, what's that?

    Where did I say no one would ever get distracted by the glasses?

    Stopping the problem != making a law specifically outlawing it, as can be seen by your own speeding example. Have an advertising campaign (ever see the "Speed Kills" one?), pull over people weaving and tailgating and speeding, regardless of why.
