    Yep, on the Key Sensitivity tab of the Keyboard Customizer Utility there's the option to enable them, and also to set a delay before they do anything.

    Fortunately, however, there was a jury of 12 people who decided by a 10:2 majority that Tony Martin was a criminal just like the teenager that he shot out of a desire for vengeance, not protection. So we have a society where criminals go punished, and where the right to protect yourself with reasonable force still exists. If there has been a case where people acting in self defence have been convicted of murder or GBH, it certainly hasn't had a high profile in the press.

    Of course, Tony Martin's conviction was reduced to manslaughter on appeal by a judge (the jury had also had the option of convicting for manslaughter), on account of his paranoid personality disorder.

    On Opera 10 preview, the moving the ball about one knows about the relative positions of the windows. Given that they're sibling windows, I don't see how it's that surprising.

    Actually, the rail networks are pretty good on many counts (there are few countries quite as large *and* densely populated as the UK), but the cost of the West Coast upgrade was far from good.

    What I would suggest you could roll out, though, seeing as you didn't mention Adobe, are open source things for graphics and design. The Gimp, Inkscape, and Scribus all do things you can't do with MS Office, and I think are a great place to start.

    Not foisting them upon graphics professionals, but having them there and available for anyone who wants them.

    I ordered broadband with PlusNet on a BT line that was inactive, and they emailed me to say it was inactive and I'd need service on it. After I'd already ordered a phone company to provide service on it, they said that they could activate the line for £50, without mentioning any need to buy their phone service. YMMV, of course.
