While trying to click on this post I accidentally hovered over a banner ad that suddenly went full screen. The new Taboola ads are the worst. They are shamefully inappropriate in an almost comical way.
If you're using a forced air HVAC system in a larger house, baffles are a must. It's great to have the ability to zone off your house.
Run speaker cable to the ceilings in any room you'd ever possibly listen to music in. Take pictures of the drops. Add speakers as needed.
Last week a week is approximately the amount of time between new 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' episodes saw the successful launch of the Planetary Society's LightSail spacecraft, the solar-powered satellite that runs Linux Linux is like Windows for smart people and was crowdfunded on Kickstarter Kickstarter is a place to buy digital watches . The spacecraft worked flawlessly for two days, but then fell silent, and the engineering team has been working hard on a fix ever since. They've pinpointed the problem: a software software is like what you download from the app store glitch. "Every 15 seconds, LightSail transmits a telemetry beacon packet a telemetry beacon packet is like a tweet . The software controlling the main system board writes corresponding information to a file called beacon.csv. If you're not familiar with CSV files, you can think of them as simplified spreadsheets—in fact, most can be opened with Microsoft Excel. As more beacons are transmitted, the file grows in size. When it reaches 32 megabytes—roughly the size of ten compressed music files 32 MB is also approximately the size of 13 iPhone 6 selfies —it can crash the flight system The satellite's twitter feed blows-up." Unfortunately, the only way to clear that CSV file is to reboot LightSail Like holding down the power and home buttons on your iPhone at once -- don't try this unless instructed by someone at the Genius Bar . It can be done remotely, but as anyone who deals with crashing computers understands, remote commands don't always work Like when Siri plays Billy Ray instead of Miley . The command has been sent a few dozen times already, but LightSail remains silent. The best hope may now be that the system spontaneously reboots on its own Like when drop your phone in the pool and it still works .
Couldn't they use the money to make a cool product and NOT send out the rewards?

Is it possible to power an 18.5" monitor (and a thin client) with POE, even if it's LED backlit? I guess it wouldn't make sense to require a separate power supply for the monitor since it's integrated.
My Sony Ericsson W810i announces the caller on my BT headset (in my own voice) when I have voice dialing enabled for the number the person is calling from.
Cingular also has a feature called #121 which has voice recognition which will tell you the time.

Why waste the rinse water from your shower and washer when you can use it to water your lawn?

It's the best option I've used. Unfortunately it hasn't been updated in over 2 years and cookies seem to be getting through now with iOS8.
They have filmed at both locations.
I saw the display this past weekend and wondered what the insurance value was. My guess is that the premium just went up.

As far as I can tell, this is the same thing:

I hate it when I'm in farm country and can't find a Whole Foods to get fresh food.

Kickstarter is a gamble not an investment.

I learned to drive when I was 6 by playing 'Night Driver' on the Atari 2600. Having the car move instead of the trees took some getting used to.
I think the cost is still prohibitive though.

If you can pay a fee and skip commercials, shows like The Apprentice will be reduced to "This week's task is..." *skipping* "...you're fired."
Looking at the illustration of the device in use, I'd say 'Forearm Computer' is more appropriate.

I've been using Sony Fontopia headphones for ~20 years (why don't they make 'em in hot pink anymore?). They didn't always fit so far in your ear.
Why should I buy an iPod Nano when I can just wait and buy an iPod Vixen?
This guy http://vagabonding.com/about/000096.html/ took a Panasonic AG-DVX100 on the road for a year straight. It still works.
I couldn't find a US reseller though.
