No the number of frivolous claims will go up and they will probably make more defending the people who have frivolous claims filed against them using the app.
Most adults don't see individual letters instead they see groupings of letters as words and are no longer fully aware of the letters that make them up as they read. They also fill in words in sentences through context with out being fully aware of the missing words on occasion. This is one of the reasons why if you ask someone to count the occurrences of a specif letter in a paragraph they usually count wrong.
It shouldn't take long for someone to start identifying the lettering differences and associate them back into groupings.
There are a lot of products that don't have an up-to-date on-line manuals either. This is because of the cost of a technical writer especially if they are bilingual or multilingual. Bilingual and multilingual technical writers can make as almost as much as the engineers designing the products.
with the intent to mislead the other person about its artificial identity for the purpose of knowingly deceiving the person about the content of the communication in order to incentivize a purchase or sale of goods or services in a commercial transaction or to influence a vote in an election.
Chances are removing the catalytic converter may actually reduce your gas mileage on a newer car but on older cars from the early 80s removing the catalytic converter, making sure your exhaust is sealed and the muffler is good, and reseting the timing could give you a boost in fuel economy no where near twice as much but 3-5 MPG.
The paper is pay-walled and the other link was short on detail if they mean compaction (like used in concrete since they intend it to be used as such) and not compression then it's a non-issue otherwise it would be more like asphalt.
I'm guessing you aren't very familiar with construction techniques. Concrete is compacted using vibration because air pockets make concrete weak and causes cracking.
I know it's not the definition of sports but when I think of sports I think of something that has spectators and sadly video games have spectators now. How lazy do you have to be to watch people play a video game instead of just playing it?
I have no problem speaking to crowds now but if they were naked that might be a different problem than what you imagine.
Women with tattoos, body piercings, too much make up, or that pencil in their eyebrows creep me the hell out and makes my stomach a little queasy. There was an otherwise very hot woman that had a bunch of tattoos, too much makeup, and penciled in eyebrows who made all the guys at work trip over themselves. I'm guessing she noticed that I wasn't interested and somehow found that attractive because she would try to flirt with me constantly. My office mate found it hilarious and would encourage her.
I puked multiple times in grade school and even my first year of college when I had to do public speaking. I did finally get over it and through repetition I don't even get nervous anymore. Having anxiety about public speaking isn't unusual and attempting to face and overcome it isn't unreasonable.
People abandoning legitimate employment that can be taxed and seized is not unheard of. People who have large child support payments or other debts that might be garnished work and and don't claim their income on taxes or otherwise all the times.
When I was in college I JB welded a quarter to the sidewalk and watched people try to pick it up and kick it loose for weeks until one day it was gone along with a chunk of concrete.
At one point Kansas was in the top 10 lowest cost of living states it might still be but you still aren't going to make it on two part time minimum wage jobs.
You forgot dig a well or find clean drinking water....
I tried to teach all my kids how to survive not that i'm a nature survivalist nut but it's not a bad idea to know how to hunt, fish, clean and cook what catch, build a shelter, etc...
By the time my father retired he was master electrician, plumber, hvac and usually worked as a foreman (no inspections or fees required for electrical, plumbing, or hvac) and he made a little over $100k.
That is roughly three shifts a week that are six hours and you would only make around $7k at minimum wage. My kids worked fast food places when they where in school, my youngest just graduated last year. The hours sound about right but no one pays minimum wage in my area most fast food places are starting around $9.50/hr.
In this case it's the difference between a disreputable publication and reputable publication. Even a real scientist can be duped into publishing in a disreputable journal.
TFA says they did review them and published with only a few changes even though the paper was bull so their review system is complete crap but isn't nonexistent. Basically it's a crap publication with little standards but it is real even though it produces a crappy substandard product.
I would argue that just because Beatrix Potter had to self publish the first printings of Peter Rabbit doesn't make the publisher she paid any less legitimate or Peter Rabbit any less a classic.
There is a difference between crappy poor quality publisher and a fake publisher one being that the published material never materializes.
The literary collections that publish poetry for someone who buys a copy is called a vanity publisher they are no less a publisher and some of them publish best sellers also.
If a restaurant makes food that sucks, has piss poor service, and eventually get's fined or closed down by the health department it's not a fake restaurant it's just a really bad restaurant.
If a journal has little to no piss poor review but still manages to publish the journal and organize conferences then it's a really bad publisher. If they are taking money and not making the journal or organizing the conferences then yes they would be Fake. (of course there are other things to consider also which weren't included in tfa)
Complaining about security updates for known vulnerabilities that aren't being installed or made available on many android phones is not the same as an alarmist security as a religion rant. It' not just security updates that you're missing out on it's also feature updates and there is no reason that you should need to purchase a new phone to get all the updates.
If the patch for a vulnerability is out and you didn't install it then don't expect any sympathy when you get exploited...

You forgot about the Bible Belt. Yes there where a few pirate radio stations in the 70s and 80s but not a lot.

Poorly worded in the summary...

IBM employs A+ or at least they did which doesn't require any college.
I'm sure there are positions at apple that don't require a degree I know that google has been hiring people with non-related degrees for a decade.

I was thinking something very similar... blocking the internet is just going to agitate the issue.
There are also a lot of arts degrees working in computers.
