  1. I wonder... on Drug Catapult Found At US-Mexico Border · · Score: 1

...if I'm the only one that originally pictured this is how illegals would get in to this country as well. =P

  2. You...can't be serious. on Official — Economic Crash Not Computers' Fault · · Score: 1

A 2 year government investigation? Seriously? It's crap like this is why we're so horribly in debt, we keep on spending on the most ridiculous of things. Such a waste of tax dollars...

  3. Haha, they got ripped off. on Man Kidnaps Son-in-law, Trades Him For Xbox 360 · · Score: 1

$500 for an xbox? I wouldn't pay $5 for one.

  4. My favorite part of the reveal... on Sony Reveals the Next Generation Portable Console · · Score: 3, Insightful

...was showing that it won't be using the UMD, but what looked like an SD card of sorts. I'm excited about this mostly because the UMD is terribly annoying, it sounds like the PSP is snorting every time a game loads from it.

  5. What's the point of HTTPS on Facebook? on Facebook Launches Social Login and HTTPS · · Score: 1

It's like adding a lock on a door that leads to a house with only one wall.

  8. You know why they really want it. on DOJ Seeks Mandatory Data Retention For ISPs · · Score: 1

Apparently there's enough political figures that are into child porn, so they want to obtain it without causing any alarm.

  9. Another congressman that needs to be voted out. on Congressman Introduces Video Game Warning Label Legislation · · Score: 1

We've got so many real problems in our country today, and you chose to focus on this one? I'd say ESRB does a good enough job already, you can't fix the idiot parents buying their 2 year olds GTA no many how many warning labels you slap on there.

  10. It works in some cartoons. on Does the Moon Have Military Value? · · Score: 1

C'mon, some villains in cartoons always had some super laser that worked really well from the moon. Considering the reasoning we've had going into some stupid wars, I'd say this is reason enough.

  11. Stop asking bashers to stop bashing Facebook on Your Face Will Soon Be In Facebook Ads · · Score: 1

Asking people to stop bashing Facebook is about as likely as asking the addicts to stop using it. But is asking someone to stop asking others to stop bashing the service likely? Stay tuned~

  13. TSN shouldn't be there. on Inception, The Social Network, TS3 Get Oscar Noms · · Score: 2

Lets be totally honest, if you made the exact same movie in an alternate universe where no one cared about facebook, the movie would have bombed. The /only/ reason that TSN did as well as it did wasn't because it was a great movie, but because every idiot facebook user went "lololololol lets go see that facebook movie"

  14. Cue Facebook losing smaller devs on Facebook To Make Facebook Credits Mandatory For Games · · Score: 2

Some of the smaller games not making all that much aren't going to look too kindly at a 30% cut. I'd imagine the larger ones won't either, but I don't think the larger ones will leave because of it.

  15. Well duh. on Two-Thirds of US Internet Users Lack Fast Broadband · · Score: 1

This is going to continue until either a. the government steps in and slaps ISPs like a b**** (which won't happen since they no doubt pass tons of money to politicians under the table), or b. an ISP comes out of nowhere and starts offering amazing speeds everywhere, forcing the current ISPs to be competitive. Since neither is likely...I'd say things aren't going to improve.

  16. Heh. on Terrorists Bomb Moscow Airport · · Score: 1

Most people with at least half a brain will see this and realize that this could happen now in the US even with all these checkpoints. Sadly, most people who have a say lack that much brain power, and they'll cry for the government to protect them and violate them more.

  17. Airport scanner problem? on Domestic Use of Aerial Drones By Law Enforcement · · Score: 1

How long until we get the same problem that these new airport scanners had recently? Only instead of just naked images leaked online, we get a whole video of someone changing who forgot to close their window.
