Testosterone is controled by the amount of estrogen in the body. When the body detects higher levels of estrogen, it thinks that the testosterone levels have increased and drops the testosterone production, since testosterone breaks down to estrogen and the body thinks that the testosterone levels where too high. There are drugs out there that block estrogen receptors or limit the break down of testosterone into estrogen. But a much simpler solution would be to limit the amount of estrogen consumed.

You have to realise that with proper training and nutrition you could do exactly the same in 6 months time. This are not impressive numbers, mostly the leg press, I can leg press 240kg with ease, but I can only (I assume it's similar to deadlift what they are talking about) lift 120kg. This numbers are very midcore. The only difference is that the machine doesn't get tired over a period of time.

So just ignore the thing that you are not polish. Right now there's a big movment of helping out polish communities in the former soviet union countries.

That's talking as a Pole with a Lithuanian surname. Pretty much at that time if you wanted to stay in a country and not be relocated you had to become Lithuanian, change surname etc. My family did that and then moved to poland.

I'm sure the initial cost of my HT has paid itself off.

You are forgetting one thing when calculating the energy of the bullet and an arrow. The mass of the arrow is a lot greater then of a bullet, so even tough the bullet might be traveling faster, it has a lot less energy. Think of the difference between M16 and AK47 rounds. AK47 rounds are a lot bigger, they travel slower, but they have a lot more energy.

Malaysia is hot and stinking humid, also it's summer there now which means it's even hotter. For those who have never looked on the map Malaysia is right on just north of equator, with it's most southern point just touching it.

Being in Singapore which is right next to Malaysia, I can tell you that walking there for 5 minutes is a big effort. Try running for 5 minutes in a sauna, then you might get an idea what it's like. And I'm used to hot weather as well, since I've grew up in sunny and most of the time hot Queensland in oz.

By the way when I went to Singapore 10months ago I was very fit individual (not any more), I went to gym there and I was able to squat 100kg and deadlift 120kg (I've a knee injury which prevents me from lifting any more weight). I also can sprint over 50m very quickly and then I get slower cause of pain in my knee. When I tried to run for a bus which was about 10m away it was very exhausting, the heat isn't the issue, it's the humidity, the sweat doesn't evaporate from your body and it doesn't cool it, which is why we sweat in the first place. The body overheats very very fast in those conditions when doing any sort of physical activity.
