a new protocol would have newer programs be able to read it, isp's can switch over one at a time, and the system can be backward compatible.
current administrators could put filters in place, put security measures on smtp servers, but they don't... a new protocol would enforce these things manually.

i belive the credit system will be illegal in a few years, it's only time until people see that minorities have lower credit scores (on average)... i'm not a minority, so ican't sue for the discrimination, but whoever does, i get 10% okay?

bull. let's say i'm a consumer. i see video camera a) that can record for 60 minutes for $500, and another one for $200 more (hard drives are now at a gig/dollars) so let's just say, $700 for fun ($200 for a 100 gig hard drive is WAY exagerated)... what would you buy? one hour/1.5 gigs or a 67 hour one?
i'd save up my money for and extra week or two and get the better model... he DOES have a point, no video camera that i know for common consumers don't last long at all... granted, battery problems, but that's just another conspiracy eh?

seriously, i think a highway costs somethign insane like $250,000 a foot for a 6 lane highway. after blasting, clearing it out, leveling it off, laying down rocks, then pavement, and paint.
so, factor in you're going to be going over water, which is frozen and melting?... just for how many people go to? they give a factor of a $250 million dollar fiber obtic line, but how much will the road cost ? is this even justified? bonus, war time, deficit, we have no money, let's BUILD A ROAD TO NOWHERE!
i often ask if they are on salary on a commission based job...
if they are commission, i tell them that IF they were salary based i would sit and chat so they would have something to do, but since they are commissioned, they need to get another #$%@#% job.
and sometimes, i've chatted with people for so long, they get caught by their boss and fake chit chat...

the details of his plea bargain are not out, and nobody is speaking about anything.

have a list of verified files... with md5 checksums or a simple .sfv file
then have p2p.exe also post the checksum with the filename.
