The best map by far is JRTC Farm raid. lots of sneeking and lots of heavy firefights, and if your smart when assaulting grenades don't do much, and Defense doesn't worry about grenades anyways.
a good friend wa sin the same spot, had a business and then got a decent job working as an engineer. he went out and made a nice little product that started selling like mad, the company found out and tolf him that they owned it and he had to both give it to them and repay all the profits that he had made to that point. he of course told them to take a walk...so they sued him. Long story short, the courts awarded the product line and past profits to the company. in spite he changed a few lines of code and destroyed several customer DB's (they weren't part of the deal) and then gave it to them. they since have lost thier a$$ on that product and my friend has spent 2 years trying to recover his losses. corp's are greedy and will stop at nothing to suck evey last dime out of us all.
Being Ex-Navy I have nothing but repect and admiration for what you have said. I felt and still do feel the same way. I love this country and when I was in it's service it was my job to follow orders given to me and I did. I have no regrets about the places I saw and things I did. Dispite the fact that many feel we are doing horrible things overseas I have also seen the good side of the things we have done and spoken with the people we have helped..We have and are doing good things even if some armchair commando/troll thinks otherwise. If those that have not served think they know better than place your money where your mouth is and see for yourself by joining up.

A decent ST and not the kind of crap that was Nemesis, they wouldn't be cancelling all the good freaking shows. (please note: I have not watched much of the current ST spin-off "Enterprise" so I am not speaking for that one).
that they will likely never see the computers again, or if they do it will be in 18+ months even if they are innocent of all crimes. happened to me (only with a firearm not computers) because someone thought they would be cute and alter the serial number on an assault rifle that happened to be the same as the one I happened to own. It took almost 2 years to get it back (and that was WITH a lawyer) turned out that it was "misplaced" right into the personal collection of an agent... nice huh? fucking thieves is all they are.
with more and more people being connected to the internet I am willing to bet that it is only a matter of time before some really "over the edge" person gets pissed off at some spammer or pop-up/under server and just goes, finds, and shoots the person or people responsible. If I was on a jury that was trying some guy who did that I think I would be hard pressed to find them guilty......
I have a friend who is a machinest and his little clippy thing that hold his cd-romin busted and Thshiba told him to take a flyin leap off a bridge. so he pulled it out, modeled it and made a Titanium one (lets see that one break). problem solved.
and I called my ISP and asked them to point out where "EXACTLY" in my contract did it say that "unlimited" was defined as anything but unlimited. The next month they sent me another letter and this time I called and (politely) said that if they cut off my service I might take legal action (knowing that I wouldn't) as they have failed to show me where my contract limited my monthly bandwidth. I have never had another letter from them. this of course could have blown back into my face if they had called my bluff, but hey it worked for me cap, you can make it work for you.
I know far too many people that have debt into thier late 30's from going through college, yet many of my friends abroad laugh because the education is as good and costs a faction of what it does here (germany for example). there is somthing worng with our education system and it is only getting worse....
OR the could be paying out some of it now and delaying the rest, so as to spread out the total payout over 2 quarters thus making the damage seem smaller to the stock holders....well it an idea anyway.
My employer gave me a rather large project to do so I choose to do it at home. Took me three and a half weeks and at the end of it all I was really glad to be going back to the office to work instead of working at home for this very reason. i was going nuts being in the house day and night. Matter of fact I even turned down the offer to work all the time at home. The upside was that it forced me to get several fun hobbies that get me out of the house and alot of excercise on the weekends (hiking, kyaking, mountin climbing, paintball, shooting ect...).
Holy fucking shit! as I paroused your comment I laughed so hard I Snarfed my damn coffee! Sometimes it is really good to be an EE student:) (studying for my BS.EE at Cal Poly Pomona)
So he placed him into a BJJ class and after about 4 months he started getting pretty good, lost a bunch of weight, got a girlfriend and broke the arm of the next kid who attacked him. Now the e/mails and other sorts of bullying have stopped and he is really starting to enjoy life at school.
Solution to bullying: Teach your kid how to defend him/herself, and how to put up a website of thier own of course ; }
