Have you been on eBay lately? The lack of sales has nothing to do with the management of the company. It is the type and quality of merchindise that is on the auction now that is causing a slow down.
Back in the day you could get deals, now it is mostly stuff selling for retail or more not to mention the countless auctions for total crap.
The sellers need to get a clue like the MPAA, stop selling crap for more then I can go to Wally Mart and people might buy your stuff.

Do a 50/50 mix of club soda a fruit juice just make sure it is pure fruit juice. Not the stuff with "high fructose corn syrup". This cuts the sugar, still gives some sweet but has no artifical stuff.

My wife is a graduate student at one of the local state schools here in Texas. And she tells me stories about students she has had that don't know how to use a ruler. A freaking ruler for crying out loud, I learned ruler 101 in 1st grade, after I stopped having to write with the giant pencils.
Hybrids are overly complex, require expensive battery replacement. And are only marginally better then their regular counterparts in cost over their lifetime.
We are far better off investing in both straight electric and high efficiency diesel technology. Both are easier and cheaper to manufacture and allow for a wider range of fuel sources.
YEARS ago when I worked retail while I was in college I managed a software store and was interviewing people for seasonal part time help. I had just finished interviewing a new applicant I asked him "do you have any questions for me". His reponse was "Will my hours be flexible, because I have to take my wife to meet with her parole officer on Tuesday's....".
That was almost as good as the guy who came in asked for a application then asked who the hiring manager was, I replied "I am", he replied "No who really is the hiring mananger", I just pointed to my nametag which said "manager" and said "No I really am". Sort of surprised he never came back with the application;)
There have been companies like this in the past. It will change, just give it time. 10 years from now engineers will be treated the same as anywhere else;)

They generally don't mix concrete in residential areas and you would have to breath in a visible cloud of lime then the reaction would be instant gagging as the quick lime robbed your cells of water. Pressure treated wood with arsenic is generally forbidden in residetial settings and a lot of places in the states have outlawed it entirely. Maybe Canada still uses it.
I have grown up around a great deal of construction and done some myself. I have also been around a lot of people who insist everything makes them sick, plastic, carpet whatever. Frankly this doesn't appear to be a case of burning arsenic treated wood or someone spraying pesitcide into the air. Just seems like some nut with way too much time on her hands, in my opinion.
Roofers working without safety equipment? WTF I don't think I have ever seen roofers work with any, except maybe safety googles. As for her "getting sick" during construction? Gimme a break we are talking buildings made of wood and concrete there aren't things used in residential construction that are going to make a larger area sick. She sounds like a nutbag hypocondriac to me.
