if MP3 downloading is stealing, how come i can listen to any music i want on radio stations and internet radio ? It's only stealing because they think they are losing money, not because it's actually stealing.
The problem is logic 101 says poisoning the well is a logical fallacy(i.e. our argument had nothing to do with my occupation). Phish is a very popular band, prices are based on supply and demand in this country unfortunately and fortunately in some cases. I.e. if you like Wings Lacrosse you'll be happy to know you can purchase 1st row seats off of us for 50.00, unfortuantely Phish is too popular for this we would sell out in 2 minutes for $50.00 for Phish. also the guidelines say:

I don't see anything about them sueing, and the other problem is phish would have to somehow prove they were fan club tickets, the seat numbers, sections etc...aren't put in exactly all the time, a Phish Phan might have actually sold his fan club seats to brokers etc.....theres tons of possibilities that would make it indirectly a problem for them to make these ridiculous statements prohibiting a free market of ticket sales. Phish needs to take it easy and accept we're not living in Communist Russia and our leader is Bush not Stalin or Lenin

They are a good live band because they play covers, and thats why phish can sell the live recordings on livephish.com, I think the covers sell a lot of their live stuff, if they only did their own stuff i don't think it would be as popular. Go over to usenet and ask people what they hope Phish plays on New Years at the Garden, or on the tour, most people say stuff like "the mighty quinn" which is a Bob Dylan cover
They are a glorified cover band anyway, they're already playing songs that aren't theirs and making money of it, why should they care if people redistribute those same songs.....
use any of the available free firewalls so that you can control what goes and doesn't go out to the internet on your computer, the one i use is Zone Alarm at www.zonealarm.com. I block real media player from accessing the internet all the time
all these comments seem to be adding things to my argument that aren't in it, alls i was saying is that i don't think there is anything wrong with lambasting someone who says killing millions of people is a sham, regardless of what other killings, slaughterings, holocausts, slips of banana peels are wrong, right, silly, interesting blah blah blah, saying the holocaust is a sham is WRONG in my opinion. This doesn't mean i support what the israelis are doing now, in fact i think both the israelis AND palestinians who are attacking and killing one another are wasting there lives for no good cause. Now lambast me on this, because now certainly i think that in 1942 when king blah blah fought off the turkish mob that was overtaking the mahi mahi chicken sauce.....COME ON!
because of the reasons for being a anti-semetic usually go along with the particularily awful statement that the Holocaust was a sham. For instance if someone said he was anti-chinese and then he went on to say something really despciable about China's history then it might be espoused more. It's because of the stigma attached to the Holocaust and I don't think there is anything wrong with it. Millions of people getting burned and treated like animals called a sham or a conspiracy is awful, despicable, and just down right inhumane

javascript is good for helping forms behave certain ways, like allowing you to change how a drop down list works etc....Javascript is definitely needed to add to the functionality of html forms, other then that i agree with you totally
