I don't want to be rude, but there's always plenty of junior positions everywhere. You can't really measure the job market by the average number of offers a newly minted graduate has. Even in a somewhat stagnant market, the companies will hire junior people and fire them after a few years to keep the average wage down, so new positions are always available.

So, if he can not force a company to comply, who can?

WhatsApp doesn't have an official presence in Brazil. The warrant is served to the local Facebook subsidiary. WhatsApp ignores the Brazilian court order. The Brazilian court retaliates, first with a fine, once again ignored by WhatsApp and now with a 48 hours ban. So, the judge is trying to force WhatsApp to comply.

    Here's what he said:

"I get it. I understand the appeal of a stock car race. It’s just exciting, and I’m all for it,” he writes. “I just want NASCAR to adapt to the new mainstream. I want the circuit to produce vehicles that could compete in races anywhere int eh world, and win. I want the racing series to spin off new tech that will do more with less. For me, as an American mechanical engineer, I hope NASCAR decides to look forward rather than backward.”

I'm not American and I never cared about motorsports so I don't really have any connection to this - so please, excuse me if I'm talking shit but what he actually wrote seems to be very sensible, unlike what troll-like summary.

The question is meaningless. In fact, it's meaningless from a physics point of view and also meaningless from a theological point of view. It was asked often and a good answer by Saint Augustine ("What God did before the creating of the Universe?") was (roughly) "The question is meaningless since time is a attribute of the universe and God exists outside of it." The equivalent answer applies to the Big Bang.
