Not very interesting? This is just your opinion...I do prefer KDE 3.1 over Mac OS X "Jaguar", not that Jaguar is a bad OS, just isn't for me...Windows XP is even worse though, looks cartoonish.

Yes I use Mac's 8 hours a day 5 days a week, good machines, but not for everyone. Nothing ever is.

My preference is Linux at the moment, but I won't say it is for everyone.

I don't care who is number 1, 2 or 3 because its better than having only one choice. Can you imagine having to use Windows to browse the Internet, send e-mail? Or indeed, being stuck with one choice, or maybe just two choices...

Maybe you're right :). Having work houses for the unemployed techies would give them a free roof over their heads and they can continue doing what they do and eating what they eat. They wouldn't notice would they?

If I was on benefits would I risk it? No...Not in my opinion. Most people will end up losing more than they gain and some companies will even be closed due to being sued out of existance...

If I was going to make an MMORPG I'd certainly have rare items and mobs, but with some more randomness too, and better CR. Obviously I'd want people to get "addicted" so they can stay playing for as long as possible.

I've played EQ on and off for awhile, but had a clean break from it once I put fully installed Linux with no dual boot, until WineX came out of course (but I still only occaisonly play with it...).

As for Legends, yes you get customer service, but you also get more dynamic campaigns with GM run events, something EQ used to do more back when it was still relatively new (and too much complaining by lower levels dying seemed to have helped kill most of these events imho).

Transgaming don't port! They use Wine (or Winex in their case) to make Windows games run on Linux. Its good for games that come from development houses that will not be doing a native port for the forseeable future. Originally Transgaming did say they would never get a game working that has a native port planned or in the works.

Bioware insisted that they do their own port, having a third party in this case would take away the experience needed for future ports I'd imagine.
