  8. My condolences to the victim, and her family. I find myself in this camp of conclusions; weather the car was autonomous or not, it appears the pedestrian made a hell of a decision. I was told once that building codes were written blood. It appears that the rules for autonomous cars will be written the same way.

    Cost is not Science, it is Economics. As a more sardonic fact, certain older multi billionares have funded religious groups that are against DNA Research. So the results of repairing cells with broken DNA or RNA will be the reason one passes away from old age. It reduces the medical science conversation to a simple statement, "Tiic Toc."

    Actually, if one listens to American movies of people speaking with a Chinese accent, dropping the letter 'n' makes reasonable sense.

  22. When it comes to Gates; I think if no one needs Windows, then no one needs Gates. I think of the 10 million plus H1B visas all involved are all liars; and the congressional oversight is a steady "wink wink". I also think of the shortsightedness of Gates/Monsanto growing only one kind of corn or wheat that uses Round-Up to kill weeds. And I consider Gates stance on A.I. research; where he thinks it's dangerous, unless he's doing it. All and all, if Gates were to just go away, Humanity could heal from him.
