    Maybe IE, and Netscape have more in common than we all thought possible. Could the knights that say, "IE", explain why their web services product removes XML Processing Instructions before the browser receives the data?

    When I think of how the bad guys handled the 9/11 incident; I recall that they all had the right papers and items, like tags. So far, nothing has been suggested for better security that the bad guys cannot easily override.

    Buyers of energy are becoming the victums of the sellers of energy. Maybe its time to start seriously looking at other ways to aquire energy for our day to day reqirements. Has anyone else noticed that in space, the sun never sets?

    I believe that the McVoy article was created so as to stir up debate. He states "Major Corporations" as the reason for the success of Open Source solutions. He mentions no names here, just a blanket statement. McVoy then enlarges the article building conclusions on this false assumption. It reminds me of Mark Twain writing about the cultivation of Mater Mellon trees; He got fired for it, but he did promise to increase the publishers circulation which did happen.

    I tell my daughters that as children, when they get sad, and cry, its normal; it helps one to release their stress so that they can heal faster. And, as they get older, they will find themselves not crying anymore, but getting angry. It's at this point that they will then begin to think an acceptable solution to what appears to be a repeating problem; I tell them that this is what is called "Growing Up".

    Maybe a follow up article on how Apple's browser "Safari" is complient with XHTML, CSS 2.0, XSLT 2.0, XML 1.1, SVG 1.0, and XPath 2.0. Another follow up article might be a function by function comparison of Apple's and Microsoft's Word Processor, Spread Sheet, Data Base, and Presentation Manager.

    I would love to see a simple web page that shows 3 columns whos headers would be, "Function, Windows, Linux". Under Windows would be the method to do it, and the same for Linux. These would be facts that would be very hard to ignore.

    My view point as a user of the Fire Fox product is simple. The bad guys make more money when help to the user is held back. I really like the idea of, "Safe By Default", when it comes to internet communications. With holding help, is not helping at all.

    Another way to view the Simplex Method is to find the Identity Matrix for a non-square matrix. It's a very clever way of handling Maximum Profit, Minimum Cost, and Maximum Revenue. This type of problem solving is very interesting when using it to applied systems of mechanics. I never knew the man, but his single contribution changed the way complex systems can be simplified for the great un-washed like myself.

It was believed that the viewing of Nakedly Armed Tired Operaters could only mean the world is openly ignoring the president of the united states.

    After leaving the saftey room, (code named "Fewer Bunkbed"), the president was over heard saying, "I can't believe this! I prayed for guidence, and I got busy signal!"

    Sounds like Plan 'A', (build a useful product), has been allowed to fail. I remember a time when the master's of redmond plans were not cursed in everyday conversation. I find myself unable to discuss redmond actions at the dinner table.

    It is well documented that virii, worms, and root kits are in the wild for any operating system. What I find hard to ignore is the generous grace period that microsoft allows for the above to survive.
