I tunes has sold over 1 billion songs. I would call that popular.
Zune marketplace songs can be played on your computer, your Zune and burned to CD as well.
Then why is the iTunes store so popular?

Doesn't the EU try to help out Airbus and other companies based in their region of control the exact same way?
google owns the rights to the word google while apple doesn't own the rights to the term podcast.

The question is who can fire him. That has a much larger effect on the actions of some than who hired them does.
They will have already take steps to lock in a know exchange rate. It is called hedging.

Offer the multimillionaires of RATM enough money and they will license it.
