    I'm confused about the implications of this fact. Could you please elaborate?

    In addition, in the US not all of our wireless providers operate nationwide. We have a number of regional providers.

    I seem to remember people saying the same thing about cell phones, but Google is not a hardware company. I'd look for an API and not much else.

    If every state in the union did this, then it would be a great idea because it would effectivly null the electoral vote we have now in favor of a popular system without altering the Consitution.
    Or, they could simply have it trigger based on having a majority of electoral college votes. Which is how it's written.

    No, this measure would have the result of removing the electoral college for two important reasons. It uses the national popular vote totals to allocate the state's electoral votes, and it includes a trigger clause that would only activate once there are enough other states implementing the same method to give a win in the electoral college.

    They violated his civil rights. I'd say they already owe him an apology at least.

    At this point they shouldn't be able to charge him with anything. Even if he violated any law. Absolutely every bit of evidence they have taken should be inadmissible in court.

    Nothing states that a mutation must be purely beneficial. If the mutated bacteria survive the antibiotics to reproduce while the non-mutated bacteria don't, then the mutated genes will be passed on to the next generation. That's evolution. Being a dick about it doesn't make you right.

    It wasn't the N-Gauge game, it was having ~$1,000,000 stolen. From the letter, it seems to me that they're just trying to get enough cash to last until their legal issues can be resolved.
