Just a nudge at your GPS stuff..

Civilian GPS devices are generally not as hardened as milspec devices and should not be used in the AOR (both in the physical and electrical/jamming sense).. I seriously believe that these pieces of technology should be considered a secondary tool that provides ease in their jobs.. but a compass and a map should too be a requirement.. regardless of milspec'd hardware.

While this can pertain to HSV or HIV, I don't think it would be possible to relate it to this. If you were dying very quickly would you really urge to run out and infect a bunch of people? Not really.

Your 'terrorist' idea though, that is one scary idea. While I think the term has been beaten to death by Bush and the media, that would definitely cause it. Lets hope they realize in the end it would still spread to their people, too. Hopefully they have some sense of survival and self-preservation.

Compooder is her version of Computer. She says water like "Wha Ter", because my mom tried to teach her it isn't waher. Three is free, etc.

I assume it is caused from everybody speaking like a baby for far too long with us. Or something.

If it wasn't for the fact that I play World of Warcraft I wouldn't have had a clue what he was on about.

I agree, Blizzard should have tested that part of the patch more specifically. Apparently, the gate was already opened on the test server (this is what I've heard from other players, I never did test the patch) which would leave me to suspect they never tested opening the gate very much.

I wish all parents were like that. My sisters father works full time, out of the house, never home. My mom pushes her off onto my other sister to watch, or to just sit around the house and watch TV..

That is all she does, watch TV. She talks to herself, has imaginary friends, and is *SO* happy if mom is willing to give her a few minutes of her time.

She is spoiled. If she screams about it she gets it. She drinks her own special drinks, she has cookies and ice cream anytime she wants it. She has any toys she wants, she doesn't sleep in her room.

Some of this is similar to how my mom was when I was my sisters age. You were lucky to get attention. You were held back from everything until you hit 18, then she asks why you didn't have a job yet and when can you move out. I was always told I would never become anything, I'll just end up to be a drunk like my father. Anytime something good happened she would tell me that not to expect it to last, that life sucks and that I should accept it instead of being happy.

Today I am a quiet person. At the moment I'm struggling with how I want to continue my life.. I have no real direction. I love computers, I want to work in the field, but I don't have the certs.. and I live in the worst place to find any job related to IT.

I recently went there for the 4th of July (well, arrived around the second). After buying the tickets we decided to go to Disney Quest (Arcade).. We waited in line for quite awhile waiting for a number of people in front of us to do the whole two finger scan deal. Usually, it wouldn't work the first time, and they would need to do it over, and over.. One group in front of us couldn't get in because the girl's fingers didn't match her card. Nothing about how it wasn't a valid card, just the fingers didn't match.

What I was told was the first time you use the system they take a shot of your fingers, this is used across the parks afterwards. My group of friends laughed when I raised an eyebrow at the fact that they were collecting fingerprints (though apparently not, generally it would be taken as that).. I was a bit annoyed at the fact that my prints were then on record with Disney. What exactly is the point? Keeping people from reusing the pass? Ok, that is fair, but it would have seemed better to use something like "It was used twice in minutes? That makes no sense!" Or perhaps "They haven't left the building yet, how has it been used elsewhere?"

It just seems like they've put way too much work into making it harder.
