    2 causes a correct value of "collateral damage"
    3 has a high enough "dosage value"

    Umm In the case of the field of "Capital Punishment Technitions" The State takes the responsibility for The Deed so half of your statement is a strawman that should be done away with (perhaps hung since the other options would be C&U). But anyway to respond to your question if you murdered someone in a CP country and later entered a country with CP (and the needed treaties) then mostly Yes (you would be tranposted to the correct country and then have YOUR DAY)

    if you start depriving folks of their "human rights" ie by killing them then a very real "deadline" has been crossed

    1 In a state ordered execution "The State" does the deed (this is the loophole that allows this bit)

    2 one can't forget that post execution the person executed has a ZERO crime rate and may cause second thoughts on somebody doing the same crimes (death row shouldn't be a long term
    sentence)

    Think of it you yank the harddrive do the file scan export the registry hive scan that
    do your fixes import the registry hive back. reinstall the harddrive and collect your check (after testing)

    What somebody needs to do is cut a deal with the pantone folks to create a "pantone calibrate" module that can be dropped into any program that needs it (even if the module only worked for *nix platforms).

    umm lets try this in the US there are two types of carriers running about
    CDMA (alltel - Sprint -Verizon) and GSM (ATT/Cingular-T-Mobile-SunnComm)

    The CDMA group has good coverage (up to - "if you don't have a signal you are either in No WheresVille or on a Mountain") BUT DOES NOT USE SIM CARDS

    The GSM group has about half or worse coverage but does use SIM cards
    so no the just get a Pay-As-You-Go SIM won't work.

    To be exact you most likely are (if in the US) within 5 minutes of a store that you can get the modulator and both an RF cable and a set of RCA cables for about $40

    besides if you do the build for ~US$100.00 you can get the OEM version of XPsp2 Home
    + similar deals for the other software (depending on what the shop has).
    This is completely legit since YOU ARE THE OEM. This is of course a render unto Ceasar What is Ceasars thing.
    Of course i would during the build throw in a bunch of software that is free/FLOSS to save them money

    yes and the RadioShack stock number is 250-0587 (its in the Current Flyer) I would bet that Earthlink / RoadRunner/ SBC ... will come up with some sort of sign up for X years and get a PIC free thing. And this is straight line You've Got Questions We've Got Answers kind of stuff

    Okay so we have a site with E-TextBooks setup then the whole situation turns into a SimFarm/RTS game. Setup a Community SatComm Point (use solar/wind/sapien power) then deploy these laptop things with some sort of wireless connection (or have the laptops connect at the SatComm. Repeat as needed. Me i would buy one just a a mobile terminal.

    Putting aside the "piece of shit" argument for a moment... Who the hell cares about SAP? ---- How about every person that has a title of C*O? They need programs like SAP just to make sure that all the bits and pieces are going in the right directions when your stuff gets to the point that you can't even put your hands on 1% of your stuff. How would you like to try to run a Multinational Art Company without the proper software??
