    the biggest thing that MSE is good for is making sure you don't get "tagged" while downloading something ELSE. Plus its a good Fire and Forget type program (updates with Windows doesn't set off fireworks unless you have been infected and its From Microsoft so it has those warm fuzzies for the SOHO folks)

    its like trying to do a Spam Filter

    if you get X "hits" it might be spam/cancer if you get Y hits you do more traditional tests if you get Z hits its time to book the MRI for a Scan.

    So Over reporting is not a problem its UNDER reporting they need to watch out for.

    a couple corrections

    1 you can have 15 mod points in a "session"
    2 if you use the classic theme you still get the pick your mods and then mod at the bottom.

    on topic i think a lot of businesses are not hiring folks because they are "too old"

    If you have good documents then 90% of your questions will be answered without needing to get somebody on the phone.

    and in your next update make it clear that the PROGRAM is Free on an AS IS BASIS but phone support is charged for.

    1 X to do a reply all (AT ALL)
    2 Y for each person sent to
    3 W for each KB the message takes (single copy)
    4 +60% if the response contains the ENTIRE previous email
    5 Z for each time the Company Sig appears in the email

    If W X Y and Z are high enough this could be a Profit Center for your business

    1 make advertisers legally liable for attack ads

    2 no more than 1 video/animation (no sound unless its set to manual play) per page
    3 no more than 15% of a given page can be add/crosslink content and no more than 3% of the first "frame" can be ads
    4 No cutting content into multiple pages to increase the number of ad slots if the non ad text is less than a half page of text on US standard 8.5X11 in a reasonable type then you can not break it into multiple pages.
    5 any attempt to trick or force the user into clicking the ad is now a FEDERAL FELONY (the person in charge of the ad campaign goes on the hook personally for this part) with a minimum sentence of 10 years.
    6 sliding frames and popup windows are now BANNED for the purpose of surveys/ads unless they are deliberately clicked for
    7 "social networking" bars must collapse to a single icon/image and require a click to open (then another click to use)
    8 no more than 25% of the total data sent on the page can be ad content (non ad streamed content count the first 5 seconds for this)

    this is the only way i would accept not being able to do ad blocking/[redacted] filtering

    or Facebook should simply give the court a dump of the required info

    btw whats with them needing the actual hardware since the phones themselves should not have the needed data anymore

    The problem (which is rapidly being solved) is that we would need to have an AI on the level of KITT to be safe

    I propose that for the first ~5 years the various car OEMs set things so that when the car takes over it

    1 sets off a standard beacon that can be read by any nearby LEO cars with the message "VIN XXXXXXX in Auto Drive Mode GPS set to %location%"

    2 slow blink the HAZARD lights

    3 can respond to a LEO "request" to pull over or go into a "FOLLOW ME" type mode

    of course this should always have some sort of semi standard over ride so that the driver can take back control
    (hold this part of the steering wheel in your left hand that part in your right hand then tap Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A HORN to unlock from auto drive)

    my problem with BAC type testing is what if there is a reason the person has a given level (and is in fact NOT Impaired)??

    i tend to be a bit more practical than most hence the Mess

    Obviously somebody being in prison would prevent them from getting to your church but if you have a prison ministry then you can't "pick and choose" who comes to those events (from the prison population).

    The General Rule is Forgive and Forget (for the individual) but Faith comes in how far you can go with this. and yes Matters Of Doctrine differ from matters of Faith so there is a spectrum.

    as far as Called Home goes that is a matter Left To God (so no brothers McManus type stuff) This can be considered more gripping that they "are of no use on earth so heaven can have them" than anything else.

    So if you can go to a church potluck and feel welcome then you have found Christians.

    as far as your question Its a matter of Faith as to how much you can forgive personally i think that those Catholic Priests should have been Called Home because they flushed their Witness down the Loo.

    And i also believe that the entire Westboro Baptist church should be Called Home

    let me walk you through this

    1 the Separation Of Chuch and State has been used as a hammer to prevent folks from having a nativity scene on their business property

    2 it has also been used to block folks from having a Witness Time after schools (using a school room that is otherwise for free use)

    3 the recent Chick-Fil-A thing is another example

    4 folks being blasted for actually saying Merry Christmas
