    Instead why don't they just do a split screen with the ads in one half? It's soooooooooooooooooo much fun. Most US sports have so many built in breaks it's not necessary over here, they get the full screen every two to five minutes.

    Surely you jest, it's a car company when you add a proper ë Citroën Cars. As for the riots, that is more a reflection of fellow countrymen than it is on FIFA.

    I am with you, but sadly I must inform you that we lost the battle. I always read it as Algorithmic Interface these days, real AI is still only science fiction.

    The data set they used to program it was artificially generated noise, what happens when it encounters real noise?

    This is a problem with the way advertising works and corporate greed, not how the World Wide Web works. Allowing connections to third party servers was a good idea, back in the 90s.

    Yea they get of 50% of the 'reported' revenue. Slowly more and more will be made off hours and sold on the grey market. Eventually you will find chinese parts being passed as genuine AMD on ebay, etc. In the end this won't work, and AMD will suffer.

    Getty should be at fault for licensing a photo of property that they did not have the rights to. They should be the one paying damages.

    Taking this further, it looks like if you photograph property that is not your own, then you have no rights to license said photo. This kind of kills Getty's business model, as well as photography in general. The law is broken, but lawyers don't care.

    Great, I thought you were going to explain what it actually is, instead you explain what it might be able to do. This in a nutshell is why most people poopoo quantum computing, no one 'in the know' actually explains what it physically is. Instead we get to hear about theories and more rounds of taxpayer funding.

    No more than before, why would a bad actor ever use anything that can be traced back to themselves? Twitter has always had this info and with a court order be made to provide it. This is just a publicity stunt.

    No, sounds more like an integral heating coil that gets the charging current until proper temp is reached, at which point the current is switched to the battery itself. Simple and elegant as it can be all built into the battery, if you are into that sort of thing.
