There are small systems that can produce recyclable water even for single family homes. The National Sanitation Foundation now has NSF Standard 350 so manufacturers can test to a protocol and become certified. The water can be used (depending on state code) to fill toilets, urinals, water the lawn, wash your car, lots of non potable uses. Right now there is only one device certified, the Bio-Microbics Bio-Barrier http://www.biomicrobics.com/?p=59 However several other manufacturers are now testing. Recycled water is no longer limited to large facilities.

Verizon just won this in the Supreme court. You must be reading Constitution V 1.0 which is out dated. The 7th Amendment has been revised to allow big companies to do what ever they want as I just said along with reducing the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th amendments to meaningless gibberish.

I have two laptops. A MacBook Pro with an Ubuntu partition, and Samsung Chromebook, I really like both. Many here comment negatively about Chromebooks and my guess it is mainly those that do not won them. I use my MacBook in reality as a desktop, and when I travel I PREFER the Chromebook. I would like to see a Chrome tablet, and would prefer that to an iOS or Android platform for the tasks tablets do. Until you use a Chromebook in real life, and see most of the negative " can't do anything without internet access " are over blown, don't knock it.

I'd say that is a clear violation of his oath to uphold the Constitution. Nobody here seems the least bit concerned about losing their right to free speech. Sure, SOPA/PIPA are postponed, but they will be back. Meanwhile in Poland, thousands take to the streets to protest their voices being silenced by the ACTA treaty. Maybe they remember the old days under Communist rule and don't like the same thing coming back with a different face. Wake up America!
