So an entity has no control over what is said over its medium? That's not censorship. Maybe if it colluded with other entities to prevent one's message from being broadcast anywhere, but that is not the case.

I don't think it's censorship. I think it's more something else. maybe "creatively unethical" I dunno, i just don't think that censorship is the correct label to put on that.

But I find it hard to think that anyone thinks rape is OK.
Well anyone in the right state of mind. I don't think if you're a grown man having sex with a 14 year old, you have a little thing most people have, common sense. If one is having sex with females who lack pubic hair, then one is a friggin idiot. And lots of idiots believe everything they say on TV. Hopefully there is some overlap.
How about as a research station free from the interence of all of Earth's stuff. How about as a refuelling station for a trip througout the solar system. How about large telescopes free from the dust of the Earth, which are bigger with a crew there to repair fixes. Shit, how about a hotel? Hey at least the Moon HAS gravity, space stations do not, which would be an interesting environment for research and space tourism.

If you make anything legal, people will use it not as one would like. With Free speech, people will say stuff one could either disagree with, or find offensive. If you have due process of law, lawyers will stall cases. It's what happens. It's human nature.
I agree that "Terminating a pregnancy" is not like removing a wart, I disagree that it involves killing a baby. It could easily have to do with which tri-mester we are talking. But to me, pro-life, people are going to have to figure out a way to deal with the unwanted babies, the increase in dead babies in dumbsters, the horde of illicit abortions which WILL take place.
