    The part of the decision regarding a warrant not being necessary relates to the defendent's IP address, not searching his computer. The Court found that "one has no reasonable expectation of privacy in an IP address when using the Internet," therefore a warrant was not needed to obtain the defendent's IP address. The deploying of software on the defendent's computer was done with a warrant.

    Such as opposing Keystone, blocking fracking, and this very story about suddenly deciding to block oil drilling.

    So, despite Obama supposedly doing all those things to drive prices up, they went down, right? That means his positions on those issues were correct because they weren't needed to bring gas prices down. Thanks for your well-documented proof.

    ...I guarantee you that Disney is working on a real restoration of Eps 4-6...somewhere...probably in a non-descript building near the Burbank Airport...

    While we wait, here is a good explanation some of the difficulties the restorers face. I've also heard that the separation masters are, unfortunately, in pretty lousy condition.
