    I actually tried. Apparently I wasn't 'passionate' enough about teaching. The gatekeepers want it to be a vocation rather than just a job.

    What agenda is that? All he's managed to do is undo some of Obama's executive actions. Healthcare? Nada. Border wall? Nope. Travel ban? Nuh uh.

    And what's this "quietly" thing? Trump doesn't do anything quietly. He can't even go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without tweeting something nonsensical (e.g. covfefe).

    Google "Georgia OCGA" and the first link that comes up is "LexisNexis(r) Custom Solution: Georgia Code Research Tool". Click it and a "Code of Georgia - Free Public Access" page comes up. Click "I Agree" and you get complete access to the Georgia Code for free. The opinion mentions that Lexis/Nexis is obligated to maintain this free site.

    One might argue about the annotations being missing but the opinion shows precedent for those being copyrightable, even for laws.

    Have you ever actually tried to USE one of the ethics hotlines?

    I did once. About a year after ethics training. The hotline had been disconnected and no longer existed. It no longer appeared in the company directory. I figured the training and hotline were setup as part of a court settlement and that once the terms had been fulfilled, it was all dismantled.
