  1. I thought MBS was seeing it live via Skype, not whatsapp, and isn't MS record audio and a screenshot of Skype every few seconds?!?

  2. All this thing is completely retarted!?!

Damn, to have an anti-theft like this would need a 3rd party immobilizer or something... maybe a kill switch hidden somewhere could be enough, or one activated with an RFID.

  8. On my Sonata, I have a smart-key fob like that, it's in my pocket and if I'm less than a foot of the door, pressing the button on the handle unlocks the door. But to start the car, the fob must be in the car, else you have a warning in the dash saying this. And even if the thieves are using a booster and move it into the car to start it, after they drive ~100 yards, the engine will stop because it does not detect anymore the fob in the car. Right?

I do this in Canada for a couple of years now, pay everything with my phone: gas, groceries, drug stores, dollar store, hardware store, costco, corner store, name it. The only stores I know that don't accept pay pass are Wal-Mart and Michaels, in Canada.

In the USA it is pretty retarted, maybe they are 40 years late compared to Europe. There is a lot of place in the USA where you still use your magnetic strip, or that even if you use a chip+PIN or pay pass, the cashier still asks for your signature, they don't know how to handle technology. Last year I paid in a CVS with my phone and the old lady cashier was speechless. In a Pizza Hut when I wanted to pay with my phone the cashier had to ask to the manager if they accepted it and how to do it (yes, it worked). I used a chip card in the 80s in France, more than 40 years ago, go figure...

  12. Amazon is US centric, even if it exists elsewhere like in Canada where I am, here there's maybe 20% of the stuff available on the US site, and often 50% to 200% more expensive. It costs less to buy in the US and have shipping + custom + duties + taxes than to order in Canada. In the US Amazon may be #1 but not elsewhere, don't know about europe but at least in Canada, Amazon sucks.

AliExpress is impressive, everything is 50% cheaper than amazon, and with ePacket shipping it takes sometimes less than 10 days to be on my porch. And they have an escrow system and it is really simple to resolve conflict.

In all my android phones for years, first thing I did was to delete this bar, did this from 2.3 to 8.1, and now with 9 google decide for you that the bar will be there eternaly and you cannot remove it.

I hate AMP and this search bar so much that I switched to Microsoft Launcher and Edge, after using Android since almost the beginning, unfathomable...

Never again the dozens of Samsung apps that you cannot even disable!!!

It is also rock solid, made from a one piece of aluminum, it cannot bend.

It has a 5.5" FHD screen, 5GHz WiFi, dual sim, micro SD, NFC, USB-C QC3.0 charging, audio jack, Zeiss camera, fingerprint sensor, what do you need more? for the price and my need it only has a SD6xx while the 7+ has a SD7xx, but it is still pretty fast, way faster than all the SD4xx available on the market for the same price.
