  1. Lawyers Troll the Patent Office? on Northeastern University Sues Google Over Patent · · Score: 1

The lawyer's firm would not take up the case unless it was paid in advance, and it took Belanger two and a half years to find a company willing to pursue the case on a contingency basis, the Globe reported. and then ask to be paid UP FRONT for their services to litigate something THEY found whilst trolling the patent office archives..

Guess what they say about lawyers being greedy bastages ain't far off the mark...

business...simply because their rebates are in the form of 'pre-charged debit cards' which I still haven't found a method of depositing the value of into my bank account without incurring a fee.

Thus..if Apple wants to play some stupid 'credit card only' purchasing game...I'm sure 99% of american's have MORE THAN ONE credit card, and it is quite trivial to order from different locations. Or a single credit card with multiple authorized users Myself/Mywife/etc..

Apple's stock is skyrocketing...but their business tactics are scrapping the bottom of the barrel...I guess investors like that these days.

Cisco's peons is quite the adequate terminology for this...
as far as trying to siphon out wtf was ACTUALLY arrested and if it was TRULY Cisco employees or merely a Brasilian firm that handles the importation of Cisco's equipment for them, good luck at that...
from what I can tell from the weak reporting in the article is that approximately 40 Brasilian businessmen were arrested, with no disclosure of a business name other than the "fact" that they dealt with importing Cisco products.

Poor, pathetic reporting by any account.
