    I'd conjecture that any page that opens when I start my browser is my homepage...
    if I just hit the dang 'update' button and 'restart now' button...I'm pretty sure that I already KNOW that I've updated thanks.

    ditto...scored a nice 21" wide screen LCD for $120 I think it was..:)
    and it was UN-advertised...my wife just saw people carrying them around and was like "hey..you want one of those for your b-day present?" I was all...HELL YA!

    they do have a right to prosecute people they can prove are illegally infringing on their copyright...
    but that's it...
    they have NO right to send out blind letters NOT specifying anyone...and with ZERO proof...like they have on many college campuses...of which a few have said...give US specific names/times/etc....or go buggar off.

    the deals would become no less money-saving excepting the notion that perhaps one could not arrange time of work to hit the deal early(as in limited quantities of items)..
    then you are out the savings and maybe even the product until it drops within your buying price range once again...

    But they don't because that would eat into their proprietary OS cash cow.

    Runs debian based OS...
    not sure on if you compile on the device itself or use the 'sandbox' environment for compiling...many cross compiling things...runs on an ARM processor...
    frogpad.com or most any stowaway bluetooth keyboards work... 1 min-usb, no eithernet...wi-fi only...
    yes it runs openssh....and yes vnc and rdesktop both...

    I'll take a Nokia N800 for $375 Alex.

    with built in bluetooth, and an ultrasmall form factor, great built-in wireless...ultramobile lovely linux internet tablet.

    and if I don't want to use the touch-screen ultrasharp display...I'll get a 1 handed keyboard from Frogpad.com to connect via bluetooth.

    Now I have to fear that the people here did not do their work properly (i.e. gave me the wrong visa application) sorry to break it to you...but that is 100% and in ALL ENTIRETY....YOUR responsibility...

    they will provide any visa application YOU ask for...it's your responsibility to ensure you have the proper one.

    U.S. is cited more than other countries...
    that's cuz Americans only know how to speak English...and ever other country's researchers are multi-lingual(usually English speakers/readers) so clearly they would cite English journals more often.

    There's even a 1 in billion chance that he'll get all 20 right. (4^15 = 2^30 = approx 1 billion.) If you gave that test in China, by now you'd have at least one guy who pulled exactly that stunt. Umm...wrong..because each single PERSON has the 1 in a billion chance at achieving that...
    just because 999,999,999 people did NOT get it...does not mean that because you are the 1 billionth person you WILL.

    unsure of which vendor you work for, I can attest that I have requested on MANY MORE than 1 occasion software to be released for ANY of the major Linux platforms..

    This is software ranging from "KidPix" to "Reader Rabbit" to "fund raising auction" software...not to mention a complete comprehensive Student Information System package...web-based so as to run on the world's most widely used web-server.. Apache.
