They're blaming nutbag teatards like you because of things like GIffords being threatened for voting for the so-called "Obamacare" bill (Palin even went so far as to post a map with gun targets over her and other congresscritters who voted for it). And give up on the whole "ACORN" thing. It was a fucking bunch of community organizers, not some brownshirts. It's amazing how two corporate run and controlled parties can jockey for support by forcing wedge issues into the forefront while still steadily increasing the income and wage disparity to epic new levels.... your stupid teabagger "movement", as contrived and astroturfed by morons like Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin (and even that Rand Paul asshole), is just another way of shoring up more money for the wealthy. Societies are still judged by how they treat their least fortunate, and in that way, we fail. Epically.
I dealt roulette for three years. I could nail within 3 to 5 in the section I was aiming for (meaning i'd look for a section of numbers on the table to drop the ball in to run off strokes that bought in for 100 and spread it everywhere so that I had to clean it up, pay out a few hits, then clean it up, lather, rinse, repeat).
Want to win at the wheel? Tip the dealer. Especially if they have experience.
Indeed. If you're going to pirate something... why would you pay for it?
The six million dollar man was not available in the US until recently. So instead of a Bit-torrent download, I now have the complete Time Life set.
I wanted a legit copy for a long time, but I wasn't allowed to have one for decades. I don't download warez or songs, but if the industry is going to have its collective head up its ass when it comes to releasing stuff to NetFlix or DVD, then frankly it deserves to lose revenue to others that aren't like me and are just happy getting it from torrent.
A little over a year after telling Poland "No", and it seems like that people forgot it ever happened. Googling "Obama stops missile shield" on the news search came up with no articles at all.

Aye. I wish I could have stayed with T-Mobile, but with my job change they weren't on the approved business suppliers. They have by far the best customer service of any mobile provider, and they just kept improving coverage as far as I could tell. I was on a mailing list where they'd tell me about the new towers in the area as they'd go up.
I can actually without a doubt tell you that you have not experienced the best customer service.
U.S. Cellular, the company with the fewest dropped calls IN THE INDUSTRY has the best customer service.
Any complaints not resolved quickly and to the customers satisfaction are brought to the owner.
I once was on the phone for an issue, when 20 minutes into it, they apologized we were on that long, and took 25 bucks off my next bill. I hadn't said a word and was shocked. I once saw a deal I wanted on their website, then complained when they told me I couldn't get it because it wasn't being offered to anyone., they called me back three times over it, found out it was their web site that was wrong, and gave me the awesome deal for my troubles.
Furthermore, the Owner will go into a store , and pretend to be a customer. He's fired people on the spot for not maintaining the standards he expects. I'd hate to be a front line service person working for him, but man, U. S. Cellular is definitely the place to be if you're looking for great service.
I checked my modem usage from yesterday. Computer was up for 9 hours, and I watched You tube and was logged into ajax chat on a website. Me, alone, personally - no other downloads , malware or spamware.

Illinois's wiretapping law is a "two-party consent" law. Illinois makes it a crime to use an "eavesdropping device" to overhear or record a phone call or conversation without the consent of all parties to the conversation. The law defines an "eavesdropping device" as "any device capable of being used to hear or record oral conversation or intercept, retain, or transcribe electronic communication whether such conversation or electronic communication is conducted in person, by telephone, or by any other means.
I thank you for the link, but the above from your link supports my assertion.
At least 24 states have laws outlawing certain uses of hidden cameras in private places, although many of the laws are specifically limited to attempts to record nudity. Also, many of the statutes concern unattended hidden cameras, not cameras hidden on a person engaged in a conversation. Journalists should be aware, however, that the audio portion of a videotape will be treated under the regular wiretapping laws in any state. And regardless of whether a state has a criminal law regarding cameras, undercover recording in a private place can prompt civil lawsuits for invasion of privacy.
Bold added for emphasis.
So in some states this device could be a problem, especially if talking to an officer of the law, as there was a case brought against a person for recording the officer that showed up to his front door.
But many other states have similar injunctions, and allow for civil action against the recording individual. And, there is a caveat that all audio portion of the recording can or does fall under the wiretapping laws of the state.
In Illinois, it is against the law to record a conversation without consent of the other party.
How will this device work then? Do you have to advertise that you are recording? Is there an easy shut off button? Can this evidence even be used if the opponent/perp/officer starts off the defense with "He did not have permission to record" ?

I played both fallout 1 and 2 when they were new.
I still say fallout 3 is far better.
If it helps, I still play X-Com.
Good Sequels: Mass Effect 2, Starcraft 2, Thief 3
Bad Sequels: Deus Ex 2, Fallout 3 (though Fallout: New Vegas is on the good-ish side)
Fallout 3 is fantastic. much better than fallout 1 and 2
Starcraft 2 I won't purchase until I can do Lan play at home without online servers - so massive fail for the sequel.

I fail to see how it's a foreign policy achievement. I see it more as a "He was against it before he was for it!" .

Why should they? Perhaps to prove thet are a reputable company that listens to its customer base and learns from their mistakes?

A large portion of RIAA's and MPAA's distributors rely on people buying copy after copy of the same media as it gets damaged or lost.
Having a protected copy to hand down over 5 generations will SERIOUSLY cut into that profit margin.
