    We have two cats, brothers that we received slightly over a year ago. They, like most siblings, wrestle and chase each other around. They also clean each other, and make sure they are aware of their siblings condition.

    They each have a distinct personality that makes our interaction with each unique. I fail to see how even a pair of seperately programmed robots could compete with these natural and random creations.

    Thanks for the recent posts. I have been ambigious in case the support guy does read /. We actually have less than 50 users to support. It's the same as most other places, in that there are clueless individuals that need fulltime tech handholding while others nary a bit of attention.

    Yes, part of the problem is limited experience in writing up an RFP (long time ago in a galaxy far far away...). My thoughts have centered around a full-time hire, but the existing support was an outside contractor who provided the individual onsite.

    I think this project is as much about change as it is meeting current and future IT needs.

    Agreed. I worked tech support for these jokers, and the people that "use" their product are usually unaware that their grandson downloaded marketscore onto the machine.

    These numbers are derived from a form of spyware, and can't be completely trusted.

    You have finished a CSS file, correct? Save it for the end of the initial project phase and implement then. Any subsequent changes or additions will have to take into account that a CSS is in use and adjust.

    Be prepared to recode pages that are made early on and don't have the CSS tags though.
