Uh, in case you forgot, Khan was right next to the Genesis device right when it exploded. If you want him back, you're gonna have to put him back together yourself.
I'm reasonably sure that was in a Warner Bros. cartoon. It was one that had Michigan J. Frog, wha sings constantly, except for the few moments where it really counts. The talking dog is a side act that that some review board finds then throws out, along with its discoverer.

Well, the link says that " Free samples which are clearly and conspicuously marked as such. " don't count. However, if for some reason they send you the full version, then you're plobably in the clear.
Um, MDI means a bunch of little windows inside of a big one, like with the default Opera windowing system. Gimp doesn't use that. And Gimp isn't a media player. It's an image editor. And, to be honest, I wasn't aware that too many Linux media players had MDI interfaces.
Well, the monitor almost undoubtedly has considerably higher resolution. the TV tops out around 640X480, while the monitor probably tops out around 1600X1200. The DVD image is 720X480, and the image can't be viewed at full resolution on the TV but can on the monitor. Plus, a 21" monitor 2 feet away probably seems bigger than a 32" 6 or 7 feet away.
They could've gotten a court order or something to inspect Fax.com's records. If they pay per fax, they'd probably have to keep a record of each fax they send out.
Ride, Sally, Ride.

And have CowboyNeal be elected to every position in the government?

"Microsoft's most innovative product of the 1990s was Interactive Barney"
what about the Wayback Archive? It might have an older version of the CDex page that could be used to help prove the case.
I dunno, the goatse pic's awfully graphic...
so the next version of Windows will be "Windows 64", the next Office "Office 64", and word "word 64"
"apprications"?
you wouldn't happen to be a Dvorak user?
They could be talking about comprelled MP3s that have been ripped off of a CD, which could be around 40 MiB
Isn't text+image also known as a book?
