If anything, the film maker should have been granted a reasonable license fee from the studio for using the copyrighted works. We all know the reboot is trash and here we have someone going back to the series' roots to make something new.
Most cinema is utter crap these days. I've lost count how many times i've been burned by a crappy movie and 30$ tickets (2 tickets) for the priviledge of sitting in a disgusting cinema with speakers turned too high.
I pay for Netflix and Amazon Prime. That has been surprisingly worth it. Media costs too much. Lower the price, make it easy to get (I want cinema releases in my home damn it), and i'll be all over it.
It's hard to feel guilty downloading a movie illegally. Those in hollywood are disconnected from realty.
This is a prime example of researchers with easy grant money coming to obvious conclusions. No shit sitting too long is detrimental to ones health, so is anything else in excess! We didn't need extensive research to determine this result as well.
[P]If someone wants to prove a point they can hack it. Someone will have an egg on their face, another will look bad, maybe someone will get fired, and some meetings will be scheduled to fix it. [/p]
[P] Call me if he starts trying to run an email server to pass classified infomartion to skirt federal record keeping rules on that same box, THEN you might have a story. [/p]
Ok, partially. I put classic shell on to it and really haven't looked back. I'm too busy to learn a new UI. It's pretty decent for the gaming and work that I do on it. Works a lot faster than my previous Windows 7 installs (never tried 8).
Shutup10 took care of my privacy concerns.
If Microsoft wanted to engender positive feels on Windows 10, they'd release a UI start menu that matched Windows 7 and keep themselves from changing their damn UIs every other release. Overall, i'd give this a B grade as a tech product.
European countries should just do themselves a favor and begin killing off excess humans. Humans emit carbon dioxide and the march towards completely green fascism must never stop!/sarc
How much do we want to bet that there is a vocal contingent within Apple who aren't satisfied with Apple's drive to eliminate features on their products? Personally, with all of the slimming and peripheral port gutting, Mac's have lost a lot of their luster. Sounds like others are agreeing with me.
And the pollution isn't that bad at all. It's on par with Boston in the winter. It's nice that I don't have to pay to ride the subway, but this reporting and reaction is hyperbole.
If these companies even tried to end "hate speech" or whatever nebulous crime where a specific group of pigs are more equal than another group of pigs, we will see the end of these platforms and companies full sail.
I personally feel that Twitter will be first. They will probably ban Donald Trump's twitter account for some pointless reason. After a day or two of silence, he'll re-emerge on a platform like Gab and not be encumbered by these stupid rules. The second Twitter fractures like this will be their death.
This is why when you're in your car, you should keep a glass shattering hammer for a quick escape whether if you're trying to steal a car or escape from a car quickly getting submerged in water.
Hilariously, I find myself switching to the desktop views and I don't mind pinching and zooming at all! At least I have the tools I need to do what I need.
If mobile websites and apps had all of the features available that a desktop site would then I wouldn't be complaining. 9 times out of 10 however their stripped down to the bare essentials which leave me with nothing.
America isn't a direct democracy and never was. It's a constitutional republic. You vote to tell your electoral college member how to place their vote (yes there have been faithless electors, but it has been rare).
If those extra "Hillary" votes happened to appear in a place where an elector was republican and swap the vote, then the extra votes would matter.
If you look at the voting by counties, the majority of those extra votes came in from Los Angeles and New York City. who had already been allocated to Hillary.
I was given an Occulus Rift headset as a gift. I tried playing it with a few games I have. Here's my honest opinion:
The added immersion that a headset gives is a gimmick, much like 3D is for movies. A crappy game is still a crappy game even if you decide to transport yourself into that world. After a few days, I went back to a classic screen, keyboard, and mouse. It's just easier all around.
Call me back when they discover a way to transport your entire physical existence into a game where you have complete autonomy over your body, just like the world we live in today.
Until then, this is just another gimmick to excuse the fact that most games today that are either rehashes or just plain bad.
This study means absolutely nothing other than showing us that the people who visit Dashlane's site and use their products most likely either don't care or get any sex and have no problem giving it up for better online security. That's like polling Slashdot about which Mp3 player is better (Zune or iPod).
I bet if they sampled 2000 people who read the Huffpost or some other more mixed MSM site will get a vastly different answer than what this bunk poll found.
It's a well known open secret in Washington that the Obamas don't like the Clintons and particular Hillary.
Obama's legacies are for the most part going to be washed away. Obamacare, the TPP, and other policy initiatives will be undone the second Trump comes into office. It would be an insult to Obama's memory for him to pardon Hillary and even Barack knows this.
The father probably didn't want to pay for the yearly costs of keeping a dead corpse on ice in the pointless idea that it will be possible to revive a corpse in the near future. If the mom and daughter want to spend needlessly on this than by all means pony up the cash.
I'm waiting for the breakthrough discovery of a special chemical that will prevent ice crystals from forming and allow for a better thaw that doesn't destroy cellular membranes. It'll be ironic when the cryonic scientific community goes and says, "Our bad, all of those previously frozen people cannot be safely revived."
I bet according to the Clinton's, Facebook, and all of the other shills in the MSM that the email leaks, FBI gossip, and other negative news surrounding HRH Clinton would be considered "fake" because it went against what they wanted to see..
What about the fake news about Trump like the false rape accusations? Weren't going to bury those I bet!
They dug their own graves along with their credibility when they tried to control the most popular discussion items and bury the others
Seriously, there is absolutely NO good that comes from wiring up every little thing to the internet. What's the purpose behind connecting this to the open internet?
Call me a Luddite and get these things off of the open internet. These idiots deserve what happens to them and those same idiots should be held accountable when someone dies from their ineptitude.

Elite scientists have a tendency to be wrong, I know because I've watched a lot of movies!

Buy it to speculate (ie gamble).
Do nothing bureaucrats gonna bureaucrat. Let's all pat ourselves on the back for making a law that's covered by other laws!
Anything that makes Merkel and her disasterous policies look bad. Will facebook remove the reports of NYE sexual assaults too as fake news?

Looking forward to see what the future holds.

I'm loathe to do anything other than look up stuff on a small device. Mobile websites and apps are crap with very limited interfaces.

I don't expect him to let her off of the hook.
Cold hard cash (or stock options).
May Elon continue his company until the next stock crisis hits!
