    1) That isn't true, by far.

    2) Hey, I live my entire life in a First Person perspective. It's also action-based (usually boring actions, mind you) and often involves pushing a lot of buttons and using a variety of keys. So no wonder the FPS genre enjoys large amount of popularity.

    Hey, I'd say that Britain still has a functional democracy. And you can't keep blaming them for their colonial past forever. Yeah, they messed up Iraq way back when, but now they're helping to fix the problem.

    In fact, I'm trying to find a case where the US helped overthrow a dictator to let room for a democratic regime. The most recent case I can think of is Hitler. Has there been another since?

    Afghanistan and Iraq, just recently.

    America isn't responsible for your kleptomaniac government printing out worthless money.

    But the U.S. has actually benefitted from this modest amount of inflation. Domestic goods have gotten cheaper in relation to foreign goods, and foreign investment is attracted.

    The 360 might have more general purpose CPU power than the cell, but we don't want a PC, we want a games/media box, and the PS3 has oodles more ability there.

    So we've finally stopped measuring performance in MHz and started measuring it in "oodles"?

    Physics, graphics, AI, and sound all can be done highly effectively with the cell.

    You're just making this up as you go along. Do you realize how silly you look?

    From the specs released, the Xbox360 and PS3 sound kinda the same for now. You've got to understand that Sony has a history of severely over-hyping the power of their upcoming console. Furthermore, until we see more detailed specs, we're not sure what bottlenecks might arise in the PS3's architecture.

    In order to change the conclusion that Xbox came in third place worldwide, Xbox would have had to destroy the GameCube in Europe and/or Australia. Do you claim that this is the case?

    Pretty much. Did you miss all those stories about British retailers dropping the Gamecube? Nintendo has treated the European market pretty crappily this generation. They're a distant third place in Europe.

    Xbox has done reasonably well in Europe, though of course the PS2 still has the highest penetration by a wide margin.

    The Gamecube did about as well at the XBox in the US, and completely destroyed it in Japan. If you add that up...
