    I just remember US Robotic modems and BBS's and when you were lucky enough to have a USR and connect to another US Robotics modem you always seemed to get a speed just above what everyone else had. (HST mode) 16.8k back in 92-93 us laughing at the poor 14.4 guys. In retrospect... kind of sad.

    Oh please . Can I sign up, get service, and not sign and agreement? NO. Now exactly would I know how good their customer service, the network, or coverage is without signing up with them? Then once I find out how crappy the service for -my- needs I am stuck? Then they can charge -ANY- amount of $$$ to release me from crappy service? Sorry buddy there should be some level of oversight. Luckily Verizon is awesome -here- and I have been a customer for 8 years!

    I paid top dollar for some "organic" corn the other day. When I got home and saw where the worms were through the top 10% of the kernels I wished they had used some "organic" pesticide.

    On the other hand my chickens got feed some organic food (yum corn worms). Now nothing left to do but wait on organic eggs!

    As the owner of a Trans-Am with modifications as good or better than a WS6. I 100% agree. I lost track of how many "car people" have asked me, "Nice car. Is that a WS6?" Then I go into an explanation of the "what's different".

    I would not mind a Camaro, but I can not ever image the day someone asking me, "Why didn't you but the Transformers edition?"

    I mean hell us Mac users can FINALLY get back on the internet. Shooo took long enough We just sat here living in fear. Mac powered off. Checking in with our Windows friends to see when it was safe again, while flashbacks to the "Code Red" nightmare from year ago filled our head. Oh wait, Code Red is when my company swore off ever using Windows for critical systems.... Scratch that.

    But anyways us Mac fan bois are back! WOO HOO!!!! "finally"

    The other thing is at least you can watch fuzzy analog TV. With Digital either you have it or you don't. Kind of like Direct TV or Dish in the rain. Woot less channels I can watch!!! Plus now that I am out in the country... no high speed internet. Glad we killed that "pork" project

    As much as that crew drank. I seriously doubt that "let's live as caveman" would have been seen as a solution. The epic DT's, Adama alone, would have to endure could be a spinoff show.

    Well you could have save a LOT of frustration as WoW, even Litch King, plays fine on my old G5 Mac. I bet you could pick one of those up for next to nothing.

    It also run great on my Intel based Mac laptop if you're looking for a new machine.

    Windows is ALWAYS the LAST option and there is bootcamp for that.

    Well Apple does not have any license keys on their OS and they seem to sell a whole bunch of upgrades. Quite often in fact [6 times in 8 years). At $100 a pop no less.

    I mean sure everyone wants FREE stuff but I would say the majority of people do not mind paying for things that work.

    My old hosting provider, Lunarpages, did this to me. I distribute FREE DVD's of RC Helicopters, via bittorrent, that I shot and produced myself. All content and copyrights belong to me and yet no matter how many times I explained it to my "former" provider, or who I explained it to, they told me my account would be shut down if I continued to distribute the DVD.

    I spoke with my money and canceled my account that I had had for the last 5 years.

    The UK folks should fight this now because any "questionable" content will end up being "on the list". FIGHT NOW!!!

    We have EXCELLENT results with our Cusinart tub machine. The mixture MUST be 40 degrees or less before going into the machine and the machine must be turning when you are pouring it in.

  25. For those of you that want to build and fly on Home-made Helicopters in Nigeria · · Score: 1
    Having built quite a few RC Helicopter kits myself and having crashed many times due to some type of mechanical or electrical issue... I am not really sure where I stand on this. I mean kudos to the guy for building the thing. I have seen LOTS of home built RC helis but, I doubt seriously I would ever jump in to some home built, real, scale helicopter. I think the Mini 500 proved that cheaply built helicopters are a BAD idea.

    For those of you that want to learn to build and fly a RC Helicopter check out HeliFreak.com. Heck, they have helicopter build videos from box to flight you can download for FREE! Building a model is not as exciting but it has got to be a 100 times safer ;)
