Copyright ,, ok let's talk copyright.
If two paintings by two different artists are
about the same thing. Both represent the statue of Liberty. It's not because both paintings are representing the same thing that they have a right to sue each other for copyright, and that one will win.
This is ridiculous.Same applies for songs.
If two songs have the same chords ( a 12 bar blues ) that dosent make one the copy of the other. Then why bother with threats from Apple.
If the theme is reasonably different and not just a copy , but different ,so that's it's easy for anyone to say they look alike but aint it, i dont see how Apple could sue and win.

When you stop thinking everything is digital and think analog and use analog there is nothing that can prevent making a copy.

Interrestingly enough the concept of unauthorised intrusion.Example if i do not
authorise a company to install for example a cookie that reveals personal info, to use spyware ,to track my mouse through JAVA or anything shitty like this, this might be the basis for criminal prosecution ?
Much of the intrusions a bunch of companies do on a daily basis could be reported and considered as cracking ?

It will be interresting to see what kind of use we can get out of this to boost our
    privacy on the net.

IF they make it terrorism to get in computers without authorisation i beleive much of the
people who are making their trademark to steal email lists , install software on comps
use spyware without implicit consent of users
will begin to leave us alone.

I might sound a bit confused. But through this i beleive that if computer intrusion is
taken seriously and that prosecutions lead to life in prison that this just might be our best hope for a bit more privacy !

Sounds crazy but i beleive we may all be safer and we may get rid of a bunch of problems if the privacy groups jump in and
exploit these new rules to their full extent.

We're at war ,whatever you want to call it.
The encryption techniques are making us possibly
    more vulnerable to attacks.
The speed at which encrypted messages can be broken and analysed is critical.Messages that
use encryption are literally dangerous to the
national security. An obstacle to information gathering by the legitimate agencies.
We as citizens of the world, must give up on our little comforts, our little privacy in order to have a fighting chance against more attacks which will certainly come.
As of now, i wont use encryption in my messages or emails.I wont refuse to have Carnivor look at all my communications.
I do not object to them recording my phone and cell calls. For two basic reasons.
1 - They are trying to save our hides
2 - they are trying to save our hides.

Simple enough ! I am willing to let them do
whatever is necessary for them to protect my family.
If it means for me to loose my privacy as a
form of collaboration with them to make it :
    so be it !
The ones who have nothing to hide are in the clear.
    They have nothing to fear.
Those who have something to hide are the ones being targeted. And i beleive the institutions
and people in position to make these calls right now, will all be making this in the common interrest.War is war .
I strongly urge all to let em do their jobs
give up those little insignificant fights about individual rights to privacy for the common good of this country.
When war is over then ill be making my way back to the barricade and make sure that all
is back to normal. But for now.Even if i havent been in the USA but for a bit over a year, i give my vote of confidence to the agencies and the hell with privacy till all this mess is over.
Once again the only ones who have to fear anything are the ones that have something to hide.
