That's funny. You call other people "elitists" but support the most fanatical, elitist bunch of blue-bloods ever to stage a coup in this country. Maybe you forgot that the war of independence was fought right here on OUR SOIL. We didn't cross someone else's national border, go into THEIR COUNTRY, and start dropping bombs on them. I guess it will all work out in the end, though, right?
1. Invade countries we don't like. 2. ????? 3. Democracy
It was quite a few years ago, though. My uncle worked there. We cruised through the security gate in his CJ with Cherry Bombs roaring and I didn't see a sole at the gate. Inside I was climbing around on the experiments peeping in the portholes with no ID tag or anything. There was one experiment that was studying plasma torroids for use (and I'm not making this up) as space propulsion or for car bumper coating. I was genuinely curious so I was asking questions about their setup and stuff. They just seemed a little annoyed and busy but not alarmed or anything. My uncle was going through his toolbox, saying, "Here - want a wrench? How 'bout this cordless soldering iron?", and I'm like, "No thanks... don't want my only trip to Los Alamos to finish with theft of government property." Pretty cool experience, all-in-all. Glad I went before things changed.
Here's how Powell should have produced his evidence:
"We're absolutely sure Saddam has weapons of mass destruction because WE SOLD THEM TO HIM! And I have the receipts RIGHT HERE!" (Powell holds up receipts)
That would remove all doubt, wouldn't it. But I guess we'll never see that.
This administration seems intent on creating uncontrollable monsters. It's not OK to create groups of nasty people just because you intend to use them against other nasty people. At some point they'll need something else to attack just because that's what they do best.
Hmmm. Nobody gave a rating to this comment except for one person who considered it "overrated". How can something that's not rated be overrated? It seems like a waste of a mod point to mod down a silly little off-the-cuff remark like this, anyway. Why don't you put me on your "foes" list if you just don't like me, coward? You must really have no life if you just troll/. searching for your foes posts and modding them down. See you in Meta.
This was Sun saying "wah wah" in court and getting a sympathetic judge.
No. It sounds more like you saying, "Wah! Wah! I wrote all my apps to conform to Microsoft's bastardized VM because I just beleived that Microsoft could do no wrong. Now I'm going to have to rewrite my apps to conform to real Java specs."
Don't ask us to feel sorry for you or for Microsoft because they broke the law and you were an only slightly unwitting dupe.
I think it was Max Planck who realized that the shorter the wavelength of the radiation, the more energy it takes to produce it. Combine that with the eye's reduced sensitivity to blue light (as compared to most other visible frequencies) and it follows that blue LEDs have to produce wicked-high photon energies to look comparable to their red and amber counterparts. Also, see this link.
Or you could have said, "Who cares if the environment collapses? I buy all my food at a grocery store instead of getting it from the environment." That would have been way funnier.
The retaking of America from the people by the aristocracy has been going on a lot longer than that. Here's an online book that concentrates on the Bush family but uses their experience as the outline for the aristocratic overthrow of democracy.
Extremism runs both ways, there, parking-lot-boy. If you believe that a tree farm is an acceptable replacement for an integrated forest ecosystem maybe it's you who should crack open a science book. (BTW, that would be biology.)

It's a fiber optic 40 gigabit per second connection between Chicago and LA.

Yes, those yellow-brown stains on the ice -- they've found the Chicago Blackhawks' secret training facility.
I'm an embedded systems engineer.
Really? What are you embedded in?
Just hold tight. We'll use some Practical Extraction and Reporting Language and have you out of there in no time.
With few exceptions, the only folks that consider our military "nasty" and "uncontrollable" are our enemies who find out with the sharp end in combat.
Don't stop! Give me more! Oh yes! mm Guns

Your fucking retarted
OMFG!! You just made me spit coffee on my keyboard. That's an instant
I'm sorry. Any time I see power output expressed in terms of peak power I have to stick my finger down my throat. Peak power = snow job.

"Frank Burns Eats Worms"
and he's already on the government payroll.
I do. But, then again, I'm a little biased.
Was this post meant just for me?
Thanks guys. You really shouldn't have.
True.
Plus, it's not the flavor of Budweiser that results in that particular product's sucess. It's the titties in the ads! And they're already duplicated.

I have Man after Man
Why does everyone keep talking about their sex life in this thread?

Here's some info about a somone in power who's sexual orientation and passiveness may have allowed 9/11.
